I did the same exact thing but I can’t get the steering to work with remote? Any solution?

Mine came with a 12v battery. Remote control. I installed the everything the same way you installed yours and it just kept busting the 30 amp fuse. Then I bought the 12v step up to 19v one and still does nothing. Works ok without the boost converter but doesn’t seem to last long when riding. Any ideas?

We did the conversion, and the jeep says the battery is low, but it's not. Everything works but driving. The replacement battery is 18V 1.5Ah the one installed was a 12v 14Ah. Any suggestions?
The Jeep worked just before the swap.

If you go to amazon and search for a 18 volt Boost converter regulator that would work (Dahszhi Waterproof DC/DC 12V Step Up to 19V 10A 190W Voltage Boost Converter Regulator Transformer Power Supply for Car Truck Vehicle CE Listed-G6.7) I found this one. even though it is a 19 volt it should work just fine.

How long does the battery last until you have to change it out

I haven't timed it out but I covered a mile and a half and still had 2 bars on the battery.
