I’m a middle aged black woman who cares nothing about rap. But, I know art when I hear it. I’ve listened to music made by both men and there’s no comparison. Kendrick is a genius, a true artist. Drake is a rapper/entertainer. My nephew can duplicate Drakes music in his garage but he could not duplicate Kendrick’s music. And, in my opinion, Drake rhymes/lyrics are like a high school kid. I’m low key embarrassed that his ego didn’t advise him to squash this like the other rapper. He really thought he was a better artist than a guy who won a Pulitzer Prize.
