It was great hearing Mike and J speaking about their mental health. Recently I've been depressed and suffering from my mental health. I thought I could handle everything by myself but now understand that I most probably need some sort of medication to help me try and live some kind of a normal life. Thankyou for sharing. Knowledge is power - communication is key 👍🏽

I’d suggest a therapist first, leave the meds as a last resort. Try some cannabis (if you haven’t already). Way better for you then those meds. We’ve all been there man, for some of us it’s a daily thing. But stay strong, one day a time.
