1 large raw potato ( 1 cup )( kachcha aloo you can use boiled as well )
1 large onion ( 1 cup )
1 cup cabbage ( optional )
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt

I made this today for my non fasting family members and it turned out perfect . I didn't have mint used rocket leaves instead and without the cheese. I also added some green chilli's and paprika powder too. It was very tasty.

We watched this video in March when the COVID lockdown started. My 11 year old daughter prepares this every alternate Sundays, with some variations in the garnishing. It is a delight to have this omlette with toasted bread(with Butter).

Spanish omelette it's just oliva oil, salt, potatoes and egg (and onion if you want).
I made it, forgot to do the trick with cheese but ended up putting the cheese on top and it worked fine. Tasted amazing, I added some sausage pieces in and cut some tomatoes. 10/10 breakfast.
