Help Mark fullfill his dreams /Hilf Mark seine Träume zu erfüllen

Hello!
Mark is my half brother, he inherited sickel cell anemia and he needs our help! Mark is 22 years old and still has so many dreams...But most of all, his dream is to help others and bring love and guidence to kids in need. Mark lives in Jamaika where he does not have access to the only treatment that can eventually cure his disease. And because he does not have insurance for german healthcare I want to raise funds to make it possible for him to get a stemcell transplant or gene therapy here in germany where I live.
