I did not optimize the code so currently it is every frame. This works fine since the map sizes are small and not much else is happening. But ideally it would only re-trigger an update to the power grid when a building is added or removed.

Nice job. BFS is simple enough for this purpose, yet it adds life to the city. How often does it checks the building in range? Every frame?
