In this unity devlog / indie devlog video I made a game with AI. Can an AI make a good game... probably not, but this video will answer that question.

time travellers dilemma actually has a really great plot imo, i really hope a game like that is made

Honestly, its a good game. The premise is pretty cool. The machine that turns people into guns... no human would come up with an idea like that

Didn't borderlands already do that? Certain enemies you can lure to the shrine of the gun God (Marcus lol). When you trap them inside, you can activate the incinerator to kill them. If you kill them while they are in the chamber using the incinerator, it will transmute them into a gun based on their level. You can actually get some pretty good guns by doing this. The machine also turns multiple guns into a single gun that may or may not be better

This could actually be an interesting idea if expanded on further. It could be a stealth action game where the player must clean up the mess of any guards he kills and hide the evidence before another guard witnesses the corpse, as well as make sure he's still engaging in his cleaning duties, lest the guards get suspicious.

honestly, this game has so much potential if it were worked on a lot more. the idea is interesting and the plot is cool too, but the ending is unfinished :(

there is a lot of stuff unfinished :D. this "game" is barely prototype. yup and basic programing principles goes right into trash. really? how do i solve flickering, well i need add another prefab. oh gun for enemy does work and how do i make it works for player? just add another script. yes briliant game :D
FYI the story made by the AI at 5:05 is suspiciously similiar with a manga called 'No Gun's Life'. ChatGPT definitely had great taste

AI gave me an idea for an RPG game where you have to rescue to the “sock god” from the “shoe demon” by going through various obstacle courses, using socks as a slingshot stretching socks and more you will also have to fight the shoe demons minions.

im pretty sure most of the work in the video was done by Rye himself and acted like the code worked. There are other videos that can guide you on chatgpt code in a better way.

This is actually a very good game idea, like i can imagine the janitor being an assasin that "cleans" up things, might have been a very good game idea, i think someone should if they want to make this into a real actually good game, but time travelers dilemma, when someone gonna make it?
Definitely would have used metal brackets or some type of metal bracing along the bottom for the tanks and everything I can't imagine that wood is going to hold up in bad weather over time but all in all it's still a very awesome looking project and you guys did a great job.
