Next up is the complete exhaust system and header(all custom) with an OBX muffler. Wheels and suspension i will hold on for now

So I don’t have the car anymore. But the top hats on the struts were spherical. All the rest of the suspension at this time haven’t been replaced. If you’re gonna put coilovers on I INSIST that you replace all of your control arms and bushings. You’ll have a better ride
Tick Tock they don't necessarily have to be canbus. Our body control modules aren't that advanced on 06-2010 sonatas. Just get a hid wiring harness and aim your headlights after the install
Yeah, I installed some LEDs.. no canbus adapter, they work fine.. but they don't look all that great.. they put out maybe a little more light, but I think I'd rather have HIDs. They also seem to have a slightly less accurate beam pattern than the halogens... not a sharp cut off at all.

There isn’t muck aftermarket support for performance, so I’d say coilovers, muffler delete, open your headlight housings and paint the chrome and get some nice 18x9.5 wheels preferably a 25mm offset wheel. You’ll be good then

G QW check under the shifter, if you spill anything down there It’ll short out the wires. Also check your brake switch. There’s a lot of info on hyundaiforums too
Dude, I have a 2007 V-6 with manual cloth seats. They are the WORST!!!.. ITS REALLY BAD since I got in a car wreck where I was back ended driving a different car. I have neck and spine injuries and driving a late model subie forestor and c-5 corvette are WAYYYY!! better. I also test drove an Elantra sport the other day and those sport seats were the shit for my spine. What seats from another hyundai would be better and swap kinda easy, do you know of any aftermarket seats that would be good that wouldn't be worth more then the car (these cars from that era depreciated crazy, despite being good reliable, and pretty quick for a big 4 door). If I sold my car with 80K , I wouldn't get shit and any car I would get with better seats would be ragged out or near double the mileage. I also plan on ripping out the back seats and making a flat space for hauling and sleeping/camping.

Jonathan Zechman it's a straight bolt on. Make sure you but the upper and lower plenum. Get the bolts from the dealership

Not off a genesis. You can get them off the 3.8 Azera. Make sure you get both upper and lower plenums if you’re getting the aluminum one.
If you get one off a genesis your intake is gonna be facing the wrong way

Smer Oner Sonotas can't be turbo'd or supercharged, you can't remap the ecu, you'd be better off just getting a new engine with a turbo on it instead.
