    • @ThoosieJP
      @ThoosieJP 5 років тому +40

      When you ski your legs are kinda like suspension like a car. The snow does help but you notice every time he jumps his legs kinda absorb and he is ridding downhill and you see himself bend his legs that helps with the impact.

    • @HilleTV
      @HilleTV 5 років тому +5

      Thats not a problem as long as the snow is fresh, deep and it's steep enough.
      A barly good comparsion:
      It's like in Hill Climb Racing App (a mobile game), you need a good angle and steepness, then you can use the force to progress further instead of destroying your vehicle (or in this case your legs ;) ).
      You can trust me with this one, as I'm skiing myself since I was a toddler.

    I learned how to ski at Jackson hole 2 years ago, and it was the best experience ever. The staff was really nice, and we did a great job skiing for our first time(me and my sister). The runs are perfect for beginners, but there are also some crazy ones out there for intermediate and expert. Jackson hole is probably the best ski resort ever, only second to Big Sky Montana(which I’ve been to)

    I think that this kid is blessed to have real passion at a young age. Prodigies are just like adults that are masters at something. It just takes determination and the will to constantly improve and reach the unreachable. Child prodigies are special because they find this at an age we wish we all had. The sad thing is some adults never do. Just remember it's never too late to do your best. That's why it's called *your* best. ;)

    Dude this makes me depressed, I suck so much. I had this drive in me to go the extra step everytime I skied. Always wanted to take the time to find gnarly jumps, drops, tricks etc. I'm always known to be "the crazy one" in my ski entourage (maybe 5 people total?), always the one to do the shit none of my friends did. I was also the youngest one everytime! After my friends turned 18 or whatever(i'm 23, they're 25+), they started to not care about skiing as much. They do it n all that, but they stay at their very mediocre level - or even worse - at a lesser level than before! They're scared to get accidents it seems! Never wanting to go the extreme. When I ski with them its boring! Now, I found that when i ski alone I go mad crazy! Stepping up levels on my own! However, i'm legitimately scared that one day i'll be alone and things will go sour with no help for assistance. I should never be doing the things I do alone, I need a ski buddy!.... TL;DR I suck compared to the kid. My friends don't push it anymore. I push it too much when i'm alone and it's not safe.

    • @claudiaschneider3306
      @claudiaschneider3306 6 років тому +7

      my advice- talk to literally everyone on the lift/ lodge/ lot and ask everyone if they want to ski with you. i guarantee that if you do that after a couple of days you ski with some pretty cool people and make some great friends who are just as sendy and ballsy

    • @dfsimon
      @dfsimon 6 років тому +2

      Do not do those things alone. If you know it's not safe, STOP. I've been skiing JH for nearly 20 years. I've never dropped Corbet's, and I'm fine with it. I've read and heard about too many people taking dumb risks at Jackson and paying for it with their lives. No one is going to dig you out of an avalanche if you're by yourself. I get why you want to push your limits, but if you let that need cloud your decision making then you are playing a dangerous game. And just because that 11-year -old is a gifted does not make you less of a person.
