He viewed this as a personal journey and challenge, not content creation. I'm super proud of the dude for his commitment and for lasting as long as he did.

Some info about Alanah and her fight. She suffers from asthma. So she was fighting that along with trying to just survive the entire 5 rounds. She felt it kicking in but has been training to fight through it.
I was rooting for Michelle because I truly believed it was physically impossible for Michelle to lose cuz of all she does for Challenge accepted- but funniest thing for me was in the chat for the live stream someone kept spamming that AB died in the hospital lmao

I'm sure just about everyone felt pressure to put on a good effort, not just for entertainment but for charity. And heck, my hat is off to Alanah who, despite having an asthma flare up in the middle of the bout, still managed to go the distance and win a split decision. Holy cow.
As an avid h3 podcast listener/watcher, AB is totally fine and didn't end up having any serious injury. The broken ribs thing was all rumors, he was up an walking around and fine by the end of that day. He just felt a pain "he's never felt before" in his lower chest area and thought it was best not to keep going in that fight. Not worth dying over a charity event lol

The thing for me about Andrea and Michelle is that Andrea had some weeks of boxing to prepare for chessboxing but stopped training completely until she and Michelle decided to do creator clash together. So she went in thinking both of them would have a couple months training and be on the same level. It turns out that Michelle had done a hard-core boxing training camp with olympians for an unaired challenge accepted and kept up with the training for like a year atleast up to that point. So in the end their skill level was not the same even though Andrea did improve. But all of that makes it even more impressive that Andrea only lost by 3 points and went the full 5 rounds to imo the most technically skilled boxer of the lineup. Def the best fight
Shawn trying to get Ian to fight one more time was very heartfelt, I watched it live and I teared up. But imagine being exhausted, then talked into fighting a third time if you were ALREADY THINKING OF QUITTING- that's some intense pressure. I hope he doesn't do it if he doesn't want to.
We saw you on the floor! ❤ My only additional insight: don’t underestimate the Florida heat. We showed up after swimming in the ocean all day & the 2 cans of Truly kicked my ass by the fifth fight, despite drinking a lot of water throughout the day. 😅 Also yes the security was intense.

I definitely feel like she went through one of the most impressive transformations. She's always been pretty fit, but for the longest time she was very definitely spaghetti arms when I saw her on CR. Seeing her shoulder and arm development in the fight photos was... (respectfully) breathtaking.
Marisha actually said in a couple of interviews and on twitter that in the last 4-ish weeks she stopped training to win and just wanted to get through the full fight. She's made a hell of a lot of progress and it shows, and in the stream you could hear the whole cast in her corner 🥰 I honestly really hope she's invited back next year, you could tell toward the end she was really getting into the groove of an actual match.
I had a blast watching CC2. I'm a big Critical Role fan so I was watching pretty exclusively for Marisha and I lived for the diss track one of the other cast members wrote for her.
All I can think about when I watch the fight clips is how mentally difficult I feel like it would be to fight someone, especially someone you know/respect/are friends with! Like, I feel like even if I trained for months for something like this I still would struggle to actually punch my opponent when it came down to it lol

I became a massive fan of Haley Sharpe during last years Creator Clash. Even though she lost (and claimed she was never boxing again) she fought so hard and was so determined. This year she won and I was so happy for her. Her technical ability and consideration for her opponent was extremely admirable.
Amanda's videos are always a treat to watch, love her storytelling and when she explains stuff. But I gotta say, I'm also loving this "sub-plot" of William.That adds a funny element to the videos.
I feel the same about being afraid of fighter dedication. Something about people that refuse to stop moving forward no matter how much they are hit just terrifies me.

Hoping for next year, you'll be vlogging your boxing training 😉 I had in-person tickets, but I cancelled my trip due to being bedridden from a herniated disc for 2 months. And I wasn't even boxing! Still, I had a blast watching from home, and I'm especially proud of Alanah for winning, despite battling awful asthma during her fight. I was also proud of Arin (I'm on OG Grumps fan, hoping Danny can sleep now that Arin didn't die from this match) and I was mega hyped for Dad's fight. Wasn't surprised at all how that played out, hoping both AB and Hundar are doing okay!
I was at Creator Clash and saw you from afar. I tweeted it. I'm from Tampa and I just wanted to correct the pronunciation that Amalie rhymes with family.
I really enjoyed CC2, I think I preferred the first one for some reason, but in terms of the quality of the actual boxing it was definitely a step up. Not sure if there was as much of a standout fight as last year's Haley and Minx but I'd have loved it if Myth/Hundar and Dad/AB had gone longer as I was looking forward to both of those. Edit: and no I don't think they really went into any of the charities on the commentary, I'd have liked to hear what charities they'd picked and why.
I had no idea this event was happening, I only know like 3 or 4 of the people fighting and only care about two of them, I find boxing to be confusing and scary, but for some reason Amanda makes this look fun as hell. I'm glad she had fun and I hope she took the longest nap ever after getting home. Also congrats to her friend on their wedding 🌺

I really enjoyed CC2, I think I preferred the first one for some reason, but in terms of the quality of the actual boxing it was definitely a step up. Not sure if there was as much of a standout fight as last year's Haley and Minx but I'd have loved it if Myth/Hundar and Dad/AB had gone longer as I was looking forward to both of those. Edit: and no I don't think they really went into any of the charities on the commentary, I'd have liked to hear what charities they'd picked and why.
