I have to be honest I am totally motivated throughout the year I actually really love my training ,I’m sure most do ,genuinely gutted when I can’t do things (53 bla bla bla) maybe because I don’t always completely go wild ,maybe because every “session”I do just ain’t that important ,I’m just so glad I can do it ,and not end up feeble into my 60 s
I'm not sure how the advice here would be difficult to apply to someone who is busy. He didn't recommend doing heaps of extra training. And even when he did advise doing other stuff (e.g. strength training) he gave the idea of how to make it fit into your current schedule by replacing another session.
I'll never get sick of these vids with Joe! I think he's forgotten that he has a UA-cam channel, so it's nice to see him here 😅
Came for the Skipper giggle 😁
Very good video and good timing as well. I wish I had the opportunity to jump in a swimming pool :( but no excuses on bkining+running+weight training
Great episode! Fab tips! Thanks

Top pro winter training tip, do your training mid day, when its warmer and lighter👍
It's crazy how he can ride without glasses when the cold wind hits the eyes😂😂😂
Danger!
Coming from Joe..... the man who has gone to lanzarote over winter!
Great video thanks. Joe's comments about runners with rubbish balance could have been aimed at me, so any tips on improving balance?
My main issue with training in winter is the short days. I don’t live in such a nice area and I don’t want to go running in the dark
Winter training tips from a guy currently complaining about how cold the pool is in Lanzarote 🙄😂
See you in Bolton next July Joe?
"Crashing into hedges".... no shit there I was...my first triathlon and I wreck my bike (Didn't ride my triathlon bike a single time before the race).
I feel like this is ok if your a sponsored athlete but people who work /uni it’s very hard to do this
