I am so sorry this has happened to you sis there are so many environmental factors that can cause hair setback, but for myself, I've learnt to follow a simple hair routine that works for me shampoo deep condition once a month because I'm a lazy natural then medium braids on my hair i do what works for me as we all do on this journey but always remembering to put God first in all that we do because he's a God of miracles blessings my dear praying for you ❤❤❤🙏
Iron deficiency and anemia caused my hair loss. I've been learning how to properly care for my hair and make sure that I am taking care of ny nutrition needs. It's a long journey and I'm still recovering but I'm enjoying learning. I appreciate my hair now in a way that I didn't before I had the hair loss.
In order to fix the problem. You have to know the problem. I understand if you don't want or have to speak on it. But, people have a lot of issues that oil can't fix.
Thank you for existing women ! I just experienced a set back lately due to daily stress, exams, lack of time to even care about my basic needs so i neglected my hair in a braid for 3 months when i detangled it i was horrified by the amount of breakage all along the hair shaft i lost nearly half of it my braids now look horrible thinning and i have just some pieces that i lost nearly completely since i couldn't detangle them without just cutting plus i'm suffering from hygral fatigue since i didn't have the time to dry my hair it stayed wet for long periods of time. Well, i was contemplating cutting it all off but it hurts since my hair is a part of my personality. I spended so much time taking care of it so i kinda felt ugly if i went short since it took me so long to get to my hair length. You gave me hope again. I'll wait and take care of it while trying to avoid my past mistakes.
I love how transparent & true to us you've always been with your hair journey. I believe your hair will definitely grow back longer, thicker and stronger in Jesus' name.May God continue to bless you and guide you dear❣
Pin your hair up after mini braids. Don’t sleep on strand, also use breathable hair cover at night. If you use satin cover cut one hole in it for air circulation. Best to use a stocking top. Leave hair out or uncovered during the days. Constant covering will weaken strand immensely.
I had a setback 2yrs ago it was very hard but I got through it and learned from my mistake. I’m on this journey with you let’s do it sis are hair will become better than before 🙏😂
I’m ready for the aloe and Ayurvedic challenge ❤ I had setbacks, mainly relaxer setbacks as well, but I transitioned to healthy hair and that is what you are doing 😉 you’re not on setbacks but on transitioning/comeback to healthy hair. I’m with you, Sis! In Jesus name! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽💖
I don't think mine was a setback as much as it was a permanent change. My density decreased when I turned 40, but Thank God it covers my head fully--and still grows. Praying that your hair recovers🙏🏾
I was in a bad set back in the middle of my hair And i started praying about it and i found out that sugar diabetics and when I started to take medication and continue to do my diy oil
They put lot of thick gel on my box braids and now I took it off it becomes so soft and thin because it cut off now I am planning to trim my hair and start again!!
Yeah I think the hair need trimming My hair got damaged at the middle I trim it I can't imagine the growth and the thickness I got under 2 months Not trimming your hair can cause hair damage sis
You do not need to cut your hair period. Many women have transitioned to natural hair without cutting and I am one of them. Don’t cut your hair, it will grow nice and thick and healthy again. 😘😘😘
Exactly‼️. Also not all ingredients are ok for every hair. See what your hair likes and do it in balance. Not too much of anything. Keep hair moisturized sometimes with liquid and sometimes with oil and sometimes with grease and sometimes with all three. Your hair will tell you what you needs to do.
Am listen too for am haveing set back

Sorry this has happened to you,i think this is because of how we manuplate our hair,we do so much to our hair and God has nothing to do with this.

Hello siz, I think your setback happened bcoz you left out aryuvedic herbs and started washing your hair daily. That was really bad for your hair
I regret leaving Ayurvedic herbs
