Firemen's Picnic

Meany, Miny and Moe are back! This time they're Apeville's crack fire fighting team. A couple of tried and true devices are on display:
1. Piles of fireworks are accidentally set ablaze.
2. The firehouse is in peril of being burned down.
At least there weren't any anthropomorphic flames taunting the blaze-busters.
This seems to have been edited by the TV distributor. The TV ending doesn't resolve anything. The fragment of the theatrical version seen here has the giraffe, seen at the very beginning, showing up completely snockered. Were there more scenes of him getting wasted at the titular firemen's picnic? My guess is that the booze-related scenes were cut. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
