"waltuh you're never gonna see him again"
until walt visits los pollos and sees him working the register lmao

Gus knew he had to make an appearance that day, he must've known it'd be important.
walt wouldn't pull a gun there, and the moment Gus see's him walk in there would probably be somekind of punishment or further monitoring. Later on I think Walt went to Guf's house only to find out Mike knew he was there already

Jesse was what Gus was looking for in a cook. Quiet, practical, not a problem. Just come for work, and leave on time.
Walt was the real problem.
After he was clean, at least. Gus regarded him as a junkie for half the show (at least, when Gus was alive during the show) and was pissed that Walt booted out Gale in favor of him.
Once he got himself straight he was an ideal cook for Gus though, agreed.
So was Walt until Gus tried to kill him if you remember. The only difference was that Jesse was more easily manipulated by Gus.
Nah Gale was what Gus was looking for in a cook. Gus only hired Walt because Gale insisted on it and he wanted to learn from him. One interesting thing was when Walt fired Gale from the lab. It was a big mistake for Gus to let him do that, he had already given Walt the lab and a job, his family would be safe, but he was getting more greedy. If Gus had refused to fire Gale, maybe Walt would've known his place, Jesse never cooks in the lab and probably gets himself killed by those guys who killed Tomas, Walt doesn't intervene, keeps his job and Gus probably doesn't kill him when Gale reaches his skill level. "Happy" ending.
Walt was so bad at hiding his gun…😂
Reminds me of Mike when he concealed his revolver gun before taking it out to kill his son's murderers without them noticing until it was too late.
@@DaScorpionStingmike actually did a amazing job at hiding it
He was so obvious lol bro was literally covering himself like he had something to hide
@@DaScorpionSting The crooked cops pulled Mike's other gun and figured he only had the one, so they didn't bother to check and he knew they'd do that since he was a beat cop before.
1:25 Walt was hiding his boner
Walt managed to fuck up his dream job. Remember when he could come and go as long as the product quota was met?
Gus gave him everything and then some, but Walt just HAD TO BE THE MAN
He just had to blow it up. HIM and his pride and his ego
Not really... Even from Day 1 he had trouble with Gale so he somehow never had the dream job
It was Jesse's fault for going after those two drug dealers
@@PolishGod1234this, Jessie fucked things up and then betrayed Walt by siding with the people who were originally against him
Mike chuckled and he knew Walt was carrying
No he chuckled at the audacity and oblivious narcissism of Walt, believing he is still in a position where he could speak on equal terms to his boss after he betrayed him and seemingly absolutely did not get the message when Gus showed him who is boss and where he stands in the hierarchy.

If Gus had dealt with those dealers for Jesse, or if Jesse wasn’t being so stupid and greedy to steal from Gus to sell at a meth clinic they all would’ve been rich and alive.
Jesse's stacking containers filled with drugs that will ruin countless lives, no doubt, yet he makes it look like a respectable, "honest work" job.
I guess, don't say he never had untapped potential.
You could say the same thing about a brewery
@@glennmellaerts1831 Not the same. Similar, but not the same.

@@Alknixfar more die because of alcohol than drugs every year. Not to mention all the families destroyed, lives ruined, etc.
@@ML-sc3pt Not that I would ever wish to defend either drugs or booze, but what if you factor in the difference in availability, cultural entrenchment and societal acceptance? Who "wins" then?
-are you the new guy?
-yeah
Honestly it surprises me that tyrus even bothered to reply
It would be the final time he ever replied to a question.
It was because Jesse asked the question. He was always behaved somewhat more respectfully towards Jesse, albeit probably on Gus and Mike's orders.
But if Walt asked, he'd have ignored him, just like he failed to respond to Walt's "hello". Gus wanted Jesse on the team by this point and Walt out of the picture. Tyrus was always unpleasant toward Walt in practically every scene they share and clearly held him in contempt. He deliberately made life as hard for Walt as possible throughout Season 4 all while they gradually tried to reel Jesse in, and they came very close to succeeding.
@@mechakonga4324 well actually Tyrus had some hostile attitudes towards Jesse too, Tyrus is never nice to anyone.
@@JustRememberWhoYoureWorkingFor Not really, nothing remotely like how he treats Walt. Not necessarily pleasant but kinda neutral towards Jesse. You can tell he just hated Walt though.
This is why Gus wanted Jesse over Walter, not because of Gale, it was because Jesse is simply the perfect employee; he knew his place, did his job, and at the end of the day, just went home after collecting his millionaire salary...not plotting to kill him because of his ego.
Yup, and Jesse had a healthy fear of Gus, or a respect, or a little of both. Either way it's interesting to think how Gus's empire would have gone had Walt been killed and Jesse happily kept cooking away.
You do realize that Gus was the one plotting to kill Walt, not the other way round?
@@nicolaistuhlmuller8718 Only after Walter showed his ass.
@@psychedeliccarrie5921 no, after Walt killed the two dealers that were responsible for Combo's and Tomas' death.
Which he killed to save Jesse, mind you.
@@nicolaistuhlmuller8718 I'm gonna have to give it another watch, I'm starting to get fuzzy on the details.
Walt was prepared to shoot Gus right inside the lab? Now that's ball
He really thought it was gonna be easy for a little while there. Gus did him a courtesy talking to him face to face, but otherwise he's untouchable.
I thought the same thing because he was clutching it like that was his plan so did he really wanna if it ended up being gus?
@@Soulful_Sorrowyup just like the scene when he expected to get another sit down with Gus and then shoot him there
He was used to dealing with small fry. Krazy 8, Tuco
@Soulful_Sorrow And he has Mike, which he could see here that Walt was carrying. If Mike wasn't injured in Mexico, he would've gotten suspicious and warned Gus that it was too good for Hector to go to the DEA yet not give them anything.
Great acting from Lalo and Howard in this scene!
"It's gonna be like I'm not even here."

@@DaScorpionSting Al Compás De Mi Caballo playing in the background

Silent witnesses.
"You the new guy?" It leaves me wondering what Tyrus has been up to this whole time since he know he was right there with Mike and Victor during the Lalo era. Was he just Gus' personal bodyguard while Victor handled the lab stuff?
The way it seems to have been before Mike showed up is that Tyrus was the head enforcer. I imagine Gus moved him to manage a different section of distribution, to keep him and Mike from butting heads too much, and was brought in on short notice to fill in once Victor was removed
Based off the sheer amount of surveillance done by gus on werner and his crew despite trusting them, and Mike's quote "They know we'll be watching we just don't need to shove it in their faces," he was probably guarding from a distance as opposed to being active deterrence
Given that Mike and Tyrus didn't seem to get along during BCS, I think Tyrus was Gus' right hand before Mike, so he was more in charge of logistics while Victor was more of his gun and in charge of the dirty work. After Mike sticks with Gus after Lalo, maybe Tyrus was sent elsewhere to handle some of Gus' restaurants that weren't in Albuquerque. After Victor dies, Tyrus takes his place
@@zekeiwa5837I like how you just repeated what the first reply said for absolutely no reason
Mike would never allow his boss to come within shooting range of a psychologically unstable, armed, and angry person with only months to live.
It's weird that Tyrus lugged the boxes himself instead of making Jesse do it.
He was weighing them again to make sure Jesse wasn't stealing product
That’s an insult that they weighed it again
Tends to happen when said employee is running over your dealers.

If it were up to Mike, Walt would've never seen Gus EVER.
After the Victor incident they didn’t trust each other anymore
I always enjoy shows where employees act professional and get along with each other at work.
You can really tell that when Mike said “you’re never going to see him again” he was talking about Gus. Amazing writing
Lmao
After watching BCS, its no surprise for Mike & Gus to prepare for Walt's plan.
Howard and Lalo stole this scene. Their acting was the best
This is the exact moment when they reweighed the meth.
Breaking Bad is one of the TV shows of all time
My name is Tyrus Kitt yo
I am the new guy, yo😂
Uh-huh
Clear the air with your murderous boss 😂
I still can't believe Walt thought that buying a random fucking gun would suddenly make him capable of killing Gus Fring at any opportunity as if some other knuckledragging simpleton wouldn't have tried the same damn thing half-a-million times before. Sometimes you can't even call him egotistical, this man was full on sipping his own delusions like fucking caffeine.

Serious question, Why is the floor in the lab red? I assume it is not because they wanted to hide the blood 🤓.
Idk
i think because when gus is introduced he seems different to other drug dealers: more professional and less violent. i think the floor being red is a hint that this is a facade, and that underneath gus is as savage as the like of tuco
Red was Lalo's favorite color.
