I really really like the comp 359 wheels more. I know you're looking for that murdered out look. But i really think those Comp wheels set the tone with wider tires and spacers. But def learned something about the offsets-
I designed my own wheels for my Volvo S90. Increasing from stock 20s to 21s but keeping the same width. That being the case, how do I know if I need to increase the offset or have the hub mount area curved more to make sure the wheel doesn't rub the calipers?
Quick question I got a honda civic 2016. My new wheels are 19x11. I plan to go 275/35/19, but I don't know how many mm for the spacers I need to fit perfectly because my old tire was 235/35/19. I still need clarification on how much mm I need
I got an F20, according to google the et number of mine is 45, what happens if i put a JR11 that has the same sizes as my current oem wheels except the et number will decrease to 30 from 45 ?
So I have a 1986 oldsmobile cutlass supreme with a I believe +3 offset 235/60 r 14 tire,,,I want to put on a 22×8.5 width tire ET 38 offset wheel on it,any chance you can tell me a spacer size I need to make that happen? I'm so confused
With the black wheels you are running 18x10 ET13 with 275/35/18 tires, 96.25 mm high sidewall, and a 1737.83 mm circumference. With the OEM wheels you are running 19x10 ET25 with 265/35/19 tires, 92.75 mm high sidewall, and a 1806.59 mm cirumference. You overall black setup is a bit smaller and your tachometer speed will be different but i think it won't be noticeable, but you'd be closer to OEM with a 275/40/18 tire (1781 mm circumference). Simple math no witchcraft involved! :D
@@LoveTheLag it‘s pretty simple. The tire sidewall height is determind by the 2 first numbers 275/35, that is 275mm width and the height ist 35% of 275 so 96.25mm. The Circumference is determind by c=2(pi) x r, in this case 2x3.14 x 324.85, which I know see that I didn‘t calculat the Radius of the wheel correct. The circumference Is actually 2040.1mm in the first wheel set up. But you get the point.
I bought 140 width tires for my dirt bike thinking I’d be king shit because my friends both got 120 tires. Their Michelin was noticeably wider than mine, which was supposed to be 15% wider. Hogwash!
I have an f30 XDRIVE , stock wheels are 18x8 offset 34 front and rear , can I put 18.8.5 offset 35 front and rear the same size ?? And tires like 245/35 18 front and rear the same ?? Please I need help ,
So.. All wheel drive should not staggerd style? I own 2016 340i xdrive and want to get a wheels in staggered style. do you know recommend it? i really want wider and bigger tire but focus on handling and performance. can you give me suggestion??
I have passat B5 2003 and I find good wheels but don't know it fit or not. Rim width, inches 8 Departure (ET) 35 Hole diameter 112 Profile width 255 Profile height 45 Can you please tell me if this can fit my car or not?
I have a Mercedes E350 with AWD as well. There’s a few different answers depending on who you chat with. Some say no way, don’t do it, while other say it’s fine as long as the circumference is the same all the way around. If it’s AWD and it comes from the factory with staggered wheels, then absolutely go for it. But if not, research, research, research, and ask around.
@@RustyCar At first, I wanted to run staggered setup but then I realized that with staggered; although the setup looks nice but unable to rotate tires.
This would have helped a few years back as I wanted the "poke" look but not ott, I resurched for a good year and a half and got it spot on luckily. Any idea if your setup would work on a non m3 e90 so say 335i? #spencerburke
The wheel will stick out further and potentially rub against your fender if you have fenders that cover the wheel partially. Lower ET number means it sticks out. (touches fender) Higher ET number means it goes inwards. (touches brakes, suspension)
Really sucks I bought 20 inch rims on my Camry and it was shaking like hell no matter how many times I wheel balance it it just doesn’t work now I need to get rims and put my stock tires to be safe
25.4mm in an inch... not 24.mm. lol... and you dontbwant atleast 5 threads in, to hold the bolt....the actual rule is you need atleast the same length of bolt on thread into hole as the diameter of the bolt....
This video has relived me of the one hour migraine caused by working out my bmw wheel sizes, thankyou sirs
Best video I just stumbled over more informative then most videos specially if you looking for videos about spacers
would you rather wheel spacers or just wider wheels if youre doing a widebody build
That picture at 1:18 really is a golden nugget

Great video with a lot of good information !
10:16 recommend to start threading screws by hand and not by tool to avoid cross-threading.
Damn bro, so many videos in such a short time! Keep up!
This was informative, thanks!
Would a wheel spacer be the same as wheel with negativ offset?

I have an audi a4 b6, I bought 19 inch 8j rims, how wide are the tires I can put on the rims?
Mine is AWD. I’m thinking of 255/35/19 on fronts and 294/30/19 or rears. Will I have differential issues down the road

So if I run 20x9.5 +15 with a 6mm spacer what the best size to order my new wheel to ditch the 6mm spacer?
Awesome informative! I knew a lot of stuff but more is better.
Ats Motorsport wheels are what you are looking for. All the lads on the nurturing are running them. They look savage
18x9.75 (20 offset) with 255/30/18 on rear
18x8.75 (20 offset) with 235/40/18 on front
I’m planning on running this setup?
How can I make 18x9.5 30 offset with 235/45 tires fit my w204??
I have passat B5 2003 and I find good wheels but don't know it fit or not.
Rim width, inches 8

Hole diameter 112
Profile width 255
Profile height 45
Can you please tell me if this can fit my car or not?
Spencer Berke what video editing software do you use for your video’s?
Can you guide me on e46 m3
Fitment “ET” for 19x9.5 front Et?
Rear 19x10.5 et ?

@@Gaming.Labs_GL - Yep, I thought about that too, but I think you can rotate just left to right only, and no other direction like front to back, etc.
Hello everyone, am just wondering if positive offset affects the aerodynamic of the car
Im glad i watched the is after spending 2k on wheels that dint fit after i mounted them😑
Not a big fan of the new wheels, i prefer the previous ones

25.4mm = 1’’
👍🏻
thank you for the video
My mazda5 what can up rim big size n tyer?
i wanna ask what rim will me more out to make car wider.. et 40 or et 25 cause i still dont understand..
I have 17 inches 35 wide what car can fitted
Can 19x10 fit 335i for front or impossible at all?
Perhaps with a wide body
What about 5mm? I never seen a any company make 5mm hub centric
So what will happen if i put R19 with 20ET on a car with 35ET required?
The wheel will stick out further and potentially rub against your fender if you have fenders that cover the wheel partially.
Lower ET number means it sticks out. (touches fender)
Higher ET number means it goes inwards. (touches brakes, suspension)
thank you
Anyone know the offset of a standard f80 m3 wheel?
It’s still confusing. Lol, I’m try to figure out a staggered set up for my e93 with a wide body.
If it’s wide body you need a negative offset
Love those rims for my 528i
thanks guys!
Are you selling ur rims?
Really sucks I bought 20 inch rims on my Camry and it was shaking like hell no matter how many times I wheel balance it it just doesn’t work now I need to get rims and put my stock tires to be safe
Wow! So much numbers to remember. Haha
I would like those old wheels for my e46 wagon.
I could take a 4 year course on tires and fitment and be lost, i just hear numbers that dont work unless you make sure other numbers matter
Deadass
Mine says MR-2400

J means it's for a car and not like a truck
Cool video, I’d like to add that there are 25,4mm in an inch, not 24mm… this might not seem like a lot of difference, but it’s worlds apart…
Good teaching but I get confused
M sport colors
1 inch=25.4mm
Blue and red = M sport
Statistically the darker your car, the more you get run into when people don't see you.
ET = Einpresstiefe German word meaning seating depth.
BMWs are some of the coolest looking cars....too bad they are gigantic pos money pits.
Нихрена не понял!))
