I'm a little surprised that The Apostle Islands wasn't on this list. One of the most beautiful areas on Lake Superior and one of the best places in the world to go kayaking because of the numerous sea caves that you can explore among the islands. Madeline Island is the only inhabited one in the group of islands, and its only accessible by ferry, but it has a wonderful town with a rich history! As a neighboring resident of Minnesota, this is my families favorite place to visit in Wisconsin. Other islands in the Apostle Islands can be reached by boat also and you can camp and hike on them and see the many Lighthouses. Very much worth the visit!
Missing all the watersludes and tourism of Wisconsin Dells. Also, missing the unique "House in the Rocks" and "American Players Theater" also in Spring Green. So many more destinations that should have been listed.
Nothing about Lake Winnebago? Oshkosh is midway on the west shore of it. It 30 miles long by 10 miles wide or 137,700 acres with 88 miles of shoreline. It ranks 28th in largest US lakes. It is fed by the Fox river which is one of the few rivers that flows south to north in the US.

I agree plus Devils Lake St Park.
I just love Wisconsin
It is odd that no mention is made of House On The Rock in Spring Green which is 15 miles from Taliesin.
This was very interesting! Thank you ☺️ 🇺🇸
