I am really appreciating the river bed descriptions ❤
Love this video. Anxiously awaiting arrival of my gold lasers.
Thanks, Tim! Gold lasers have just gone on my wish list, along with a bunch of others.
The list continues to grow lol 😂
These are my favorite corydoras species hands down but I love aneus complex and I breed the aneus sp. Peru!!!!
Thank you very much for your wonderful research and persuasive data sharing.
Your very kind sir
I absolutely loved this video and I'm glad your corydoras found some love for themselves!
Thank you for the kind comments, I will do more
Nice video, very thorough. Great information, thanks.
Thanks glad you liked it
Looks good Tim 😄
New to channel, very good research on fav fish. Thanks
Your welcome, thx for watching
Great video, a very nice fish.
Thank you most kind
I stumbled across 6 of these at my local fish store and bought them all (just got off the phone with them, ordering 6 more!). They'll likely need some growing out before being ready to breed but I found your video extremely helpful, especially the local climate details! Thank you!
You as most welcome, I really hope you enjoy them 👍
what size tank ?
They're in a 29gal at the moment, as they grow I might move them into something larger.
@@iaincrockett744 pretty sure that’s good lol i have them in my 29g and the minimum for them is 10-15
@@alexp7824 well... I picked up a "few" more. And by "few," I mean 11 more...
Love species specific videos !
Thank you
Thanks. Very informative.
Welcome 🤗
This helps a tonne. Can't wait to get my group spawning
I’m glad you found it helpful
*Orange Laser*
Great video.
Thank you
Oh i never knew any these colors.
Some great information...I finally found someone online who had these so I ordered 4. That will make my 9th species of cory in my 55g denison barb tank. I've got 20 corys so I should call it my cory collection. Big bioload I know but I run 2 seachem tidal 110s so I'm pretty sure the bioload is covered. I've got hard water here in Florida. The ph is a little lower because I've got driftwood, live plants and it's a mature tank, but I'm a bit concerned on the hardness. Other than acclimating for a little longer adding tank water slowly, any pro tips to make acclimating better?
Great job on this spotlight video of CW010, very informative!
Please do more of these. I would love to see a Eques & Black Schultzei spotlight..just a suggestion. lol
What types of live food do you feed the fry and adults?
Thanks for the questions, I will tend to feed the fry micro worms and then brine shrimp. Adults are not fussy and will take nearly any live food white worms, black worms blood worm all go down well.
I will look to do these species on future episodes 👍
What corydoras you got in the top left tank in the beginning?
I like these. Just got 10 of these and 10 Unicorn poops. Hope they do well
Good job 👍
What is the size of the parent fish? And how long does it take for the fry to mature?
Do you like sausage 😉 fantastic job Tim.
I might have to add a few in the next vid 😂
can i have these in a 10 g with a bubble filter
Corydoras Spawning
Do you have any recommendations for Cory species that thrive in temperatures of 25C and over?
I run my tank at 25C currently.
Changed my sand up to the Barlows Trading stuff as per your suggestion in a previous comment looks really good and fish appear happy with it.
Thanks!
Most corydoras will be fine at 25c. Have a look on our website www.planetcorydoras.com and all species are listed with temp
can a gold laser cory breed with a bronze cory? cause i have 2 of them in a tank.
Yes they can as they are both lineage 7. I would personally always discourage any hybrids 👍
Hi - is there a difference between green and gold laser corydoras? Someone sold me 10 and calling it gold green lasers. Please help.
They are 2 different species cw010 and CW011 . The seller does not know what they are talking about I’m afraid.
awesome! what would be the best live food for the newly hatched fry? thanks
I find micro worms the best for me initially then on to brine shrimp
@@fishgeek do you culture the microworms yourself?
Yes I sure do 👍
@@fishgeek that would be a very interesting video idea! I've seen so many people talking about culturing in the fb group, but I just can't wrap my head around it all. its my next step for the corys! thanks
I’ll see what I can do 👍
😎😎😎
I just ordered 4 gold lasers to add to my 55g cory tank. 22 corys and 9 different species. Do the gold lasers turn more gold with age?
I know it's 9 months later but mine coloured up with age. They went from greyish gold to bright gold,.
@@lucca-jan👍
Is the this (gold) and the orange laser the same type?? Most of my local shops here label them as orange laser.
Thx for the comment, orange lasers do not exist its a made up name in the trade. Cw010 gold lasers are the most likely fish they are selling but there are a couple similar
@@fishgeek Thanks
omg how do you get all those live bloodworms
I get them from the fish barn, they post them out
How often do they breed ?
They can breed every week when they are in season, mine will tend to breed like this for about 4 weeks then have a break for a month or so. When out of season they might go 6 months or so with no breeding
Masallah
Thank you for the feedback 😊
