Made 2 batches of these cookies yesterday with slightly less sugar. Absolutely delicious and super easy to make! My whole flat is raving about them 10/10 recommend
This is an amazing recipe. My mom from Italy used to make these and I tried to make them like hers but I didn’t have her recipe. Thank you thank you thank you.
Thanks for this video! I’ve seen other recipe videos for this cookie, where they add all purpose flour, and I love that you didn’t! So they’re gluten-free! Can’t wait to make some!! 💖
I made these last night and they are absolutely delicious, having made a few different versions I can say there is such a difference between homemade and store bought. I got 21 pieces out of this quantity of ingredients. Added a dash of matcha in 6 cookies and they taste great as well. The cookie size is substantial and it is amazing how quickly you can make them.Thank you.
I won’t lie, I came here purely to make sure I hadn’t miscounted my flour amounts (I didn’t expect it to be so sticky, more fool me) but this is very helpful and well done, thank you
Thank you so so much for this video. I was using my own ground almonds and they were turning out flat and I couldn’t work out why. Now thanks to your video I have an answer. Bless you!
Can you skip the liqueur? I am Muslim and not allowed any alc that's why.... But I really want to make these cookies😍 I get them at a confectionary where I live and their without alcohol
Almond extract could work, but for better results I'd suggest alcohol-free almond bitters (the kind you'd use in non-alcoholic cocktails-- not bitter almond!)
you do it wrong... no need of oil, you just need your egg whites unwhisked, by doing that you can easily roll them with your hands. If you whisk your egg whites the dough will be sticky and the texture won't be good.
How can get printed recipe?

Isn’t that a little too sweet?
