I finally got two of them, they are sweet
This heavy duty and navy assualt unit stinkydiver shipwreck are used with the army recon mission set with duke and silver mirage motorcycle.
The gun and backpack are thunderiwings.

I managed to get one of the figures from a vintage toy store from a box of random figures
Regarding the differential engine designation issue; my original 80s MOBAT I called the Mk. I whereas my 90s version was called the Mk. I-A (two TOTALLY different tank-types in my book)
Just bought one. Can’t figure out how to turn it on though!

The MOBAT looks to be based off the M48A2 Patton tank which served for a good long while in the US army and USMC and other countries.
