Late to the party but I've had this figure since I was '78, for the last 20+ years his head has been stuck on with blu-tac...I followed your instructions apart from pushing the elastic into the chest cavity then hooking it with wire with a small hook and also I used a wider elastic which meant I could just knot it a few times to hold the neck post in place. I've now been able to give it to my almost 5 Yr old and he loves it. Thank you

I was disappointed with the round 2 figures. Drifted away from the actual ideal figures. In my opinion ( but who cares) Playing mantis did a better job on staying authentic.

I came back here to compare with the iconiq studio akuma which is not released. This still a good quality figure for its age.

Just popped up so I re-watched. ;) I LOVE this set. The outfit is a grail item for me. I don't know how accurate the flock mix is on this head but the flocking itself is about flawless. Whomever flocked that head did a fantastic job.

Where did you get that Steve Austin figure....do you have a link to where I can get one?

I so wish I had known about this while they were still stocked. The only setback to Grungatoys is they don't make very big volumes of this stuff for sale, so they disappear as quickly as they come in and there's zero secondary market on them that I have found.

I missed out on this one myself ,I just saw the Cotswold page and I think in the just arrived section it showed other colors besides the classic yellow, one was black with red trims and the other with blue trims I think my shirt term memory is really bad 😂 it happens at my age 😂! But anyways any color these look great this yellow one with the drone looks incredible, very good review.thank you !!

Thanks for the great review! The drone was created for an Arctic set a few years back. Then last year we added a black/red version for a Spy Island Infiltration set, and I made the clip to fit the Heli-Jet. I think there are enough Heli-jets out there to justify making the clip/drone/wrist control separately. I’m also working on a RACCS launching/charging module for this drone right now. Close to production-ready.

I can't justify paying £169.99 for this figure. I have been collecting for over 15 years. Absolutely brilliant collectible. If they was to release it at maybe £99.99 at most. Then i wouldn't have a problem with it. Love the detail.

funny considering that my memory banks go back as far as 1964' with clarity and me and my older brithers had all of Hasbro's GI Joe"s , marx's Johnny west collection and wild man captain action and lots of accessories , it seems that counter agent hazard got by us oh well cant get them all , oh and to Video guy just so you know that on Face book market place theirs a guy selling a box of johnny west figures and stuff real affordable

You did his mustache better than the factory. If you don’t know what I’m talking about you got a mustache , and beard see how yours is nice and lined up. That G.I. Joe looks good with that hair mustache, and beard….
