Oh yes great video.I am having a problem connecting the Hyperdeck Shuttle to my Atem Extreme. It says "Failed Connection" The Atem IP is DHCR and the IP for the Hyperdeck is Static. Would that make a difference or it is something else. Please Help !
It's a networking issue, without more information I can't help. I would suggest reaching out to blackmagic support or you can hire my consultanting service and we can do a remote support session.
FYI, I have a Da Vinci Resolce Speed Editor which seems to have the identical jog wheel, and it's silent during operation. Smooth as butter.

In the atem control software at the top under outputs you should be able to change it to multiview
