Worked on a couple of those power more engines , not bad engines if they'd been cared for . I knew the about the engine spacer , used one one time - it's on my personal Honda 23 year old trim mower . But I've never seen another one , not too wide speadly used in this area .
Henry, enjoy the videos. You sure are strong little guy. You toss those mowers in & out of your truck, like they’re plastic toys. Who’s the good looking lady mowing in the beginning of the videos? She for sure doesn’t care about PPE. LOL.
I appreciate your comments, I’m surprised you think I’m strong, this old body has been tossing mowers back and forth for 5 years, probably just good technique. The lady is my camera woman, lol!
I knew about the spacer and used the same spacer. I also shimmed one engine with stacked flat washers another with aluminum spacers I made. I would have tried welding that cub deck with some metal to get more $$$$$$
Should have patched/welded Cub Cadet deck, or gone on to the next one. Not only does this mower look ridiculous, it will be scalping, not mowing the grass. Just saying, not hating on you.
Why do you keep saying you can't adjust the Height of the wheels all you have to do is take the bolt and nut off for the wheel and then put it in a lower hole. There's three different holes for 3 different Heights and they're set for the middle one from the factory
might be a good time for a 2 jaw puller.
I got a 2 jaw puller. good investment.

Murray’s is where I’ve seen spacers
ok , thanks for enlightening me Henry .
Yes the engine deck spacer, I was yelling at the TV, but you heard me, great job bro.
I new about them spacers because victa use them for there 4 stroke but you don’t need them for there 2 stroke
Your approach to pulling the adapter works, but, it seems to be a lot of work! Harbor Freight has a 3 piece puller set for $21.99.
I got this set , it works well.
Yes I Mentioned I had one but it doesn’t work well.

I do believe there’s 3 different holes for height adjustment even on that cheap deck. Zip a wheel off and see.
Maybe you’re right, I’ll check it out
Your content is great 👍. Is this your full time job or do you do other work?
@stoolie10 thx I’m retired! Hope you’re subscribed
Good job bro. I have exactly the same one then the cube Cadet with a head scratch engine. I could give the deck if you where close here in pa
Thanks bro
Instead of finding a shorter blade adapter, you should've make a handmade spacer to mount the engine on top.
As you saw I had a spacer
@@MowersNBlowers I put in a comment while the video is still playing. I made a mistake!
It’s always the simple ones that aren’t worth anything that end up being the biggest PITA projects! Some nut will buy it, that engine is pretty good.

You didn’t paint the engine cover red Henry! 🤣
I felt that I did too much as it is! No one wants it, I’ll do it when I have nothing left to do. Whenever that is!
I sold a tractor last year because the woman thought the sunrise red was pretty…😎
Those spacers are not very common. Last one I saw was nearly an inch thick. Forgot what I pulled it off of.
Hay Henry

The spacer fixed the low blade issue bro! Fixing that deck would have been hours of welding sanding grinding priming and painting

I’ll check that, what a pain that is though
