Yep, engine shit the bed due to operator error: no oil in crankcase. Never seen a little 8 hp flathead with a lower tank before, must’ve had an impulse fuel pump to pull gas up? Super recyclers are much better at mulching leaves and grass IMO, regular recyclers tend to blow clippings out of the right front side of the deck. SR4 needs a mulch plug that goes in the rear chute if the bag isn’t being used to mulch properly. Nice vid!
Good evening Henry

Love the "throwback" video...between the Silence of the Lambs van and the 70's porn music, that was a hoot!
That engine is hearing a song
Knockin' on Heaven's Door.
I had a wooden dowel that fit it the spark plug hole that would tell you on the 1st pull in connecting rod was broken: FAST & EASY!
As Henry explained in the video, checking for the piston going up in down works for OHV engines, not flathead or L-head engines. She is donski.
Yup not on a Flathead it wouldn’t
Its a push mower Henry 175 is a great price in Michigan. Agree conecting rod.
Yeah I guess it’s a good price
Now that is some OLD footage. Vanna White!!!! Lol
You didn't check if one of the valves are stuck open or the piston actually moves up and down.
Trust me bro! It’s pooched
Even if valves were stuck, you’d feel suction or air pushed.
The blades on the super recycler mulch better .
yes
Engine is..... Toastttttt.
Doneski ! ™️
Probably a Briggs Chinessiam engine 🤔
It can be all American down to the bolts but no oil will fuck any engine
I don’t think Boba agree lol
I'd take it apart.... And see what's up.
Not my property
@MowersNBlowers ah ok.
