Si menospreciar a Ron Reinhart que también es un increíble vocalista pero la voz de Don Dotty hizo del Darkness Descends uno sino el disco más rápido, agresivo, feroz, machacante, despedazador y violento de toda la historia del Thrash Metal (por no decir el MEJOR).
