- Alana Thompson, formerly known as Honey Boo Boo, is going back-to-school shopping with Inside Edition. Now 16 years old, she's a junior in high school and is shopping at her favorite store, rue21. Her first pick was a pink T-shirt and trendy jeans. Another hit outfit was a plaid overall dress. When she was done shopping, Alana and sister Pumpkin posed for photos with fans. But when she sat down with Inside Edition, she revealed it hasn't been all smiles in recent years. #InsideEdition
I hope Alana grows up to be more successful than she already is. 🙏

What's all jealousy? Not in a million years would most of us be jealous of her. Suffering through a perverted tv show and competitions, and dating an adult at that age. Gross.
Ironicly inside edition is exploiting her for views, they aren't doing this out of good faith.

Adjusted ok? That is so sad because she is obviously very unhappy and unhealthy she doesn't even have a fr9.Morbidly obese at such a young age is just awful I wouldn't be surprised if she has type 2 diabetes. A barrel with legs is not a attractive body shape.

@Jesus Gonzalez he's only 4 years older than her. The age of consent in Georgia is 16, so perfectly legal. She's smart and has seen so much in her lifetime, I'm sure she won't do anything stupid. I saw her picture of them before she deleted it (because of people like you) I saw a cute young couple who care about each other, nothing else.

It only took me a few seconds to see in that interview her older sister makes sure Alana is comfortable with all the questions. I can tell she’s very protective of her.

I feel bad that she had her young innocent life blasted on TV. She’s like a sweet person but I hope she can get on a diet now than later so she can have a long and wonder life, she doesn’t need to have a six pack or just muscle but an average size. I’m a little chubby and I want to lose some weight so I can live a healthy life and long life. The best of luck for her and I wish she would have true friend and not clout goblins.

Science was always my fav too. Now I’ve Been a successful RN for over 4 decades and still loving my profession. So many career path choices w being a nurse. Get into a 4 yr program to get your BSN! You will do great, study hard don’t give up and always be kind. ❤️

Yes that is good for you. I graduated decades ago from a 4 yr college BSN Hunter Bellevue in Manhattan. City school and I was a city girl so very cheap for me. No loans either. 🥰

In Last Night’s episode of Mama June Road To Redemption they showed some behind the scenes for this interview (the episode was filmed when she filmed the interview). Alana was so worried that they would ask about June but Pumpkin told her that if they did bring it up, “No comment (don’t comment), it’s all about you”. 🙂🥰🙂
