The only bad thing about jdm cars of that time is rust. It is easier to prevent rust but harder to fix rust
I have a 2001 Mitsubishi Space Star, it has gone about 221 000 km and it's 22 years old (it was build in september 2000). I have rust in the wheel archers right now at the back. So I am right now in the situation between fixing it and spending money on it or just drive until the car breaks down and then look for another Mitsubishi
@@1899_Viktorious Had a Pinin and loved it but it rusted like crazy! Made an effort fixing it but just found more and more. Ir was a goner..

Great car, it was sold here in Brazil as Pajero Io (imported) until 2002, then locally-produced as TR4, until 2015, got two facelifts too.

Reduced further to only one cheap car and rebranding Nissans and Renaults to their own.
In my country it was called "Pajero io", and then became "Pajero TR4"

Thanks for video. i have the same 4x4 1.8 .... the same in 3 doors. I have looked the orange light motors is on. i have had the same problem which i resolved. Change your temperature sond and verify your calculator (a compontant was unsoldered).

Probably a leak in the exhaust, triggering a few DTCs for imperfect cat' performance. A sleeve with two clamps fixes it.
