Man Twin flame journey is not all that easy and mushy . They also need to go through stages and grow and purge negativeness that stand in the way. They could have karmic connection as well. Would like to add, your video is excellent from the perspective of the awakened 'twin' but in actuality a sleeping 'twin' may indeed mirror back certain shadow aspects of yourself that you haven't quite healed and need to be brought to the surface (i.e.: jealousy can be an issue because it stems from self worth, fear of not being worthy or good enough). TF relationships are the most energetically powerful of any, but they can also be quite painful when one holds the mirror up to yourself and you realize things that need to be purged, healed and released to truly embody Christ consciousness. As I was watching Ralph's video, I knew that I had recognized my twin flame but I couldn't understand why despite those things, my twin's experience was one of what you call the "sleeping" twin. In short, when we are together, it feels like home. As my twin described it, it feels like we can finally rest. It's like we are safe and can completely let go and be ourselves. It's been such a beautiful yet painful experience. It's like we can't hide our true selves when we are with each other. It's just THERE in our face whether we want to see it or not. Every moment with him was like a learning experience and growth opportunity. I felt like I was healing parts of myself that I would have never been aware of without him as my mirror. When I met him, it's as if I woke up and didn't even know I was sleeping the whole time. He was the catalyst to the start of my deep transformation and growth. When we are together, there is never enough time. Time just flies by. We can talk and laugh about everything and anything... even in our worst moments we could always make a joke. It doesn't even matter how long we've been apart. We just pick back up. It feels like I've known him my entire life when I've only known him for more than a year. There is something about him that brings me so much joy and makes me want to be better than I currently am, he brings out the part of me that is capable of loving beyond myself. However, for him? He often struggled to see me because I reflected back to him the painful parts of himself that weren't healed. It was only when he connected with his Higher Self that he could actually see me for who I am and recognize how rare and deep our connection was. After a year of being together, he eventually broke up with me to go explore the world and other women. As he explained it, he's not ready for a commitment like ours and he needs to know what it's like to be with other people or else he might resent me one day. As much as it hurts my heart, I understand completely. There's something in me that KNOWS he needs to do this. Before him, I met my fair share of "Coca-Cola" guys, so when I met him, I could recognize him instantly and recognize how rare it is to get along with someone on all those levels. For him? He was in a three-year relationship with a girl who didn't even make him laugh. When she broke things off, he was devastated. He said that if he hadn't met me he would have still been lost in his mind, but also that it often confused him how well we got along together. It's like it was too easy going, and our relationship reminded him of family mixed with something else. After getting back together briefly and him recognizing that I was the Love of His Life, we parted ways again, which wasn't surprising. I knew that he would leave again because he didn't learn what he was supposed to learn on his own. I was actually surprised he tried to come back so early. Haha when we first got together, we talked about how we both knew that we would eventually have to break up because we weren't yet where we needed to be to be together long-term. It has now been three months without us talking (the longest since we have met). I had to cut off communication after learning from the Universe that I needed to learn how to let go and trust. It's been hard. Haha and now, I believe that only divine timing can bring us back together again. It's been the most painful experience ever. I miss home and being at rest. Often I feel lost and uncomfortable, which is how I know this is exactly where I'm supposed to be. Part of me thinks we need to learn how to be without each other. Although I do agree with Twin Flames sharing the same values, it doesn't always mean that if you're vegan, they're vegan! It's about going to the deeper truth of your values, desires. and choices. When my Twin Flame and I met we were vegetarians and had been vegetarians for years before, but the deeper truth and desire of WHY we were vegetarians was because we desire to FEEL GOOD. That is our core value and it manifested through vegetarianism. Approximately a year ago it no longer felt good to be vegetarian and we incorporated meat and whatever else we desire into our diet and we STILL feel good and we feel healthier than before. Food and diet is such a personal choice and it's not our place to judge or hold expectations on anyone, including our Twin. I wouldn't say someone's not your Twin Flame because of something on the outside, but of how they feel to you on the INside!

If it's about feeling good then you're twin flame will also share this value but may not express it by being vegan. They may express it by doing exercise to feel good. If it's about valuing compassion to animals then you're twin flame may do something like volunteer in an animal shelter to express this value. I've sensed my twin flame, even had dreams about them, and the experience was pure bliss! Having experienced this has caused me to become very cautious and discriminating in regards to meeting "the one". I'm not sure what my twin flame looks like, though what I felt, and dreamed about was more vibrational! So strong, it woke me in tears!

Ralph, I just met my twin flame. It was the most insane experience ever. Everything about this resonated. When I looked at her, I looked at me. I almost thought someone put a mirror in front of me. It was this immediate recognition of souls, I was like whoah... I know her. She is me. Love was redefined for me. To have absolute love for me means I have absolute love for her. We are one. Oh my gosh! This is 100% spot on!! I had the most amazing experience being with my twin flame a year ago. It was beautiful and magical, and so much more. Unfortunately,we had to separate and it was excruciatingly painful. I didn't understand it, but on a deeper soul level--I knew. A few days after we separated, I discovered the term "twin flames." My twin and I had called each other soul mates, and that we had a soul mate love. But when I discovered twin flame term, I knew without a shadow of doubt, that's what we are. It's been just a little over a year now since we have had any contact, and this last year has had its ups and downs...but I am doing well right now. I have been feeling him and our connection so strongly these last few days. I can't help but smile and my soul speaks to him frequently. I have no idea if it's in our destiny to be reunited in the near future or even in this lifetime, but I know that even though we are physically apart and without contact, our souls are constantly in communication.
Hmmm. Now I'm not saying your wrong but I think most of the time the twin flame relationship get glamorized. When it comes to your twin flame you shouldn't look outside of yourself if you want to know if they are your twin flame or not, follow your intuition and guidance or just go withy our heart feeling! Also something that kinda bugs me is when people want a list of what is or isn't a twin flame. Each twin flame set is different and unique, *yes there will be some common things happening to each pair but each situation will still be different.* What I mean when I say that the twin flame journey get glamorized is people think that it will be perfect and no fights but that's not the case it isn't some perfect romantic relationship, obviously it's not and shouldn't be toxic, no relationship whether romantic or not shouldn't be toxic. Also the whole diet thing, that's not always the case, *(it definitely could be)* but if its your twin flame they will be where they should be, being vegan or not will not decide if there your twin flame or whatever your diet is at this time. Something else I see a lot is that people will have expectations when I comes to how their twin flame should act, this relationship which doesn't have to be romantic-- is about learning what unconditional love is, I'm not saying to act like a door mat but I feel like sometimes people misunderstand this connection. Ego is not your enemy however most people have an unbalanced ego, or will live just in their ego, your twin flame is YOUR BIGGEST TRIGGER so any childhood memories, beliefs, that you have suppressed will come up to the surface so that they will be cleared. I recognized my twin, and it's been so beautiful and painful. If I could describe the experience, it would be like constantly growing out of a skin that no longer serves you. Right now, we are separated once again. He wants to explore the world and other women, and while it hurts me deeply, I understand (even though it annoys me that I do). I recognize that there are things he needs to learn on his own, and one of them is how rare and special our connection is to each other. I was able to recognize him because before him I didn't feel like I was at home and completely myself with other guys. He hasn't had that experience yet. He was in a long-term relationship with a girl before me and he was lost in his mind when we met. After meeting me, he began his shift into his life's mission. It was so beautiful to watch him grow, and I have learned a lot from him and have grown too. But if there was one word that could describe our relationship it would be "trigger." Being with me, triggers him constantly just as being with him, triggers me constantly. However, I feel like I can see the bigger picture. I can see that I am supposed to recognize those parts and work through it. For him, it's much more painful. It's almost as if he doesn't know how to navigate through it, and I recognize now that he has left again that he needs to heal on his own and experience what it's like to be with other people. He is supposed to live life without me. And it hurts so bad and it scares me that he'll never come back, but at the same time, I realize that this is the time that I need to learn how to surrender, let go, and trust that God and the Universe has my back. But I still think about him constantly, and I have a sense that only divine timing will bring us back together. It seems pretty much impossible at this point for us to get back together, but I know that I am supposed to stop chasing him and let him come to me if we were to move past this. I've never felt so lost in my life.

Shwew. This is extremely relevant. Thank you Ralph. It gives me a lot to think about. I met a guy about a year ago, and his place in my life has changed me significantly so very quickly. A lot of parts of me "woke up" and have changed significantly thanks to him introducing me to many aspects of myself that I hadnt seen before. Him and I were like the same person so that I instantly cared about him deeply, but we were also like night and day at the same time if that makes sense. We dove deeeeeeep together and it was like parts of us blossomed instantly upon meeting each other that we both hadnt channeled since childhood. I also was able to lucid dream with him and reach a meditative state and communicate with him this way. Although I normally wouldnt be attracted to someone like him, I became very drawn to him because of his heart and his spiritual values. Our relationship opened up my eyes significantly. Hes on the other side of the country now and we have given each other space to learn certain lessons on our own for the time being because we did certainly have rough patches that made us be extremely honest about ourselves and those things were exhausting to experience, but I have learned so much also and it feels like I will never be the same person because of it....So I am wondering if this is my first obviously karmic relationship or if this is my twin flame. Hes told me that he knows that we are twin flames, and we knew that we were deeply connected from the very beginning of us meeting. But because of how much we have had to learn about each other through our interactions, and a lot of old wounds having been healed, I get unsure sometimes. I know that no matter what happens, Ill always remember him, and care about him. It does feel like there is another part of me out there, dancing the same dance that I am committing myself to. Until he returns, I am just focusing on my spiritual well-being and my purpose because I know thats the most important thing for me to do right now.

We have been together for over 3 years now and our connection is so strong. We work together through everything and I feel excitement everyday to see him. I met my twin flame while I was still in a "karmic" relationship. The moment I met them, it was like electricity and we both constantly had each other on our minds until we met up again later when we were both single. It's the easiest relationship I've ever been in, and we both view the world in the same way. We paint and draw together and we like to teach each other how to do our favorite hobbies. Not to mention he doesn't think my "new age" views of the world are crazy, he actually values them too. I've never had a person get me as well as he does me. We've been together for years now, and it never feels boring. Not to say we don't have debates, but usually it's just because we are SO similar hahaha I also want to add, that even when we were living hours away from one another, I could always feel when he was having a good/bad day. We always know how the other one feels before we even see each other after work or whatever.

I thought I was with my twin flame. We loved all the same things, became vegetarians together, had children, good communication and looked forward to a long life together. Well that didn't happen. He died suddenly. That was 30 years ago and I have not been in a good relationship since. I am sad and lonely and miss him terribly. Ralph, this is inaccurate and very misleading. This is not a twin flame you are describing, its divine love, it's heaven on earth. You are describing what relationships on earth are shifting into as a result of this current Ascension process at the global level. I found my twin flame during a hurricane. Our power was out in the neighboring towns, so we both saught sanctuary in a development that both our friends had power in. Originally I was somewhat interested in her friend(They didn't know that) but I barely knew her. So I invited them over to my friends house to hangout. I remember them walking into the house and my heart dropped... I couldn't keep my eyes off of her. Her smile, her shyness, her adorable voice... It felt like I was zapped by lightning. Man Twin flame journey is not all that easy and mushy . They also need to go through stages and grow and purge negativeness that stand in the way. They could have karmic connection as well. But what's important is no matter what happened or how much hardship they go through, they will never really leave on another. unconditional love is what really bond them, and you can't help it to think about them all the time, they pretty much live in your mind.

Would like to add, your video is excellent from the perspective of the awakened 'twin' but in actuality a sleeping 'twin' may indeed mirror back certain shadow aspects of yourself that you haven't quite healed and need to be brought to the surface (i.e.: jealousy can be an issue because it stems from self worth, fear of not being worthy or good enough). TF relationships are the most energetically powerful of any, but they can also be quite painful when one holds the mirror up to yourself and you realize things that need to be purged, healed and released to truly embody Christ consciousness. Thank you, Stefani, for this. As I was watching Ralph's video, I knew that I had recognized my twin flame but I couldn't understand why despite those things, my twin's experience was one of what you call the "sleeping" twin. In short, when we are together, it feels like home. As my twin described it, it feels like we can finally rest. It's like we are safe and can completely let go and be ourselves. It's been such a beautiful yet painful experience. It's like we can't hide our true selves when we are with each other. It's just THERE in our face whether we want to see it or not. Every moment with him was like a learning experience and growth opportunity. I felt like I was healing parts of myself that I would have never been aware of without him as my mirror.
When I met him, it's as if I woke up and didn't even know I was sleeping the whole time. He was the catalyst to the start of my deep transformation and growth. When we are together, there is never enough time. Time just flies by. We can talk and laugh about everything and anything... even in our worst moments we could always make a joke. It doesn't even matter how long we've been apart. We just pick back up. It feels like I've known him my entire life when I've only known him for more than a year. There is something about him that brings me so much joy and makes me want to be better than I currently am, he brings out the part of me that is capable of loving beyond myself.
However, for him? He often struggled to see me because I reflected back to him the painful parts of himself that weren't healed. It was only when he connected with his Higher Self that he could actually see me for who I am and recognize how rare and deep our connection was. After a year of being together, he eventually broke up with me to go explore the world and other women. As he explained it, he's not ready for a commitment like ours and he needs to know what it's like to be with other people or else he might resent me one day. As much as it hurts my heart, I understand completely. There's something in me that KNOWS he needs to do this. Before him, I met my fair share of "Coca-Cola" guys, so when I met him, I could recognize him instantly and recognize how rare it is to get along with someone on all those levels. For him? He was in a three-year relationship with a girl who didn't even make him laugh. When she broke things off, he was devastated. He said that if he hadn't met me he would have still been lost in his mind, but also that it often confused him how well we got along together. It's like it was too easy going, and our relationship reminded him of family mixed with something else.
After getting back together briefly and him recognizing that I was the Love of His Life, we parted ways again, which wasn't surprising. I knew that he would leave again because he didn't learn what he was supposed to learn on his own. I was actually surprised he tried to come back so early. Haha when we first got together, we talked about how we both knew that we would eventually have to break up because we weren't yet where we needed to be to be together long-term. It has now been three months without us talking (the longest since we have met). I had to cut off communication after learning from the Universe that I needed to learn how to let go and trust. It's been hard. Haha and now, I believe that only divine timing can bring us back together again. It's been the most painful experience ever. I miss home and being at rest. Often I feel lost and uncomfortable, which is how I know this is exactly where I'm supposed to be. Part of me thinks we need to learn how to be without each other. Part of me thinks I'm being foolish. But like you said, it's a journey. And I truly hope that one day he will come back to me. As Ralph said, I'm still lurking. LOL
Sounds like you are light years ahead than most! The fact that you're aware enough to see the big picture and know that connection is there, despite what 3D relationships and people will say otherwise. You are wise enough to see no matter what, his heart will always be energetically bound to yours. So, trusting in the knowing and then letting go simultaneously is the trick to raising your vibration and in turn, raising his as well. You are on the right path indeed! Although I do agree with Twin Flames sharing the same values, it doesn't always mean that if you're vegan, they're vegan! It's about going to the deeper truth of your values, desires. and choices. When my Twin Flame and I met we were vegetarians and had been vegetarians for years before, but the deeper truth and desire of WHY we were vegetarians was because we desire to FEEL GOOD. That is our core value and it manifested through vegetarianism.
Approximately a year ago it no longer felt good to be vegetarian and we incorporated meat and whatever else we desire into our diet and we STILL feel good and we feel healthier than before. Food and diet is such a personal choice and it's not our place to judge or hold expectations on anyone, including our Twin.
I wouldn't say someone's not your Twin Flame because of something on the outside, but of how they feel to you on the INside!

If it's about feeling good then you're twin flame will also share this value but may not express it by being vegan. They may express it by doing exercise to feel good. If it's about valuing compassion to animals then you're twin flame may do something like volunteer in an animal shelter to express this value. Jeff and shaleia did a video on veganism you can easily search for if you want to learn more about that topic - I hated the video at first but now I understand their message after watching it again recently.

I've sensed my twin flame, even had dreams about them, and the experience was pure bliss! I just met my twin flame. It was the most insane experience ever. Everything about this resonated. When I looked at her, I looked at me. I almost thought someone put a mirror in front of me. It was this immediate recognition of souls, I was like whoah... I know her. She is me. Love was redefined for me. To have absolute love for me means I have absolute love for her. We are one. The twin flame is incredible... Although we are not ready to be together yet, I am confident we will reunite when we are more grounded and have finessed our gifts of service to the world. Oh my gosh! This is 100% spot on!! I had the most amazing experience being with my twin flame a year ago. It was beautiful and magical, and so much more. Unfortunately,we had to separate and it was excruciatingly painful. I didn't understand it, but on a deeper soul level--I knew. A few days after we separated, I discovered the term "twin flames." My twin and I had called each other soul mates, and that we had a soul mate love. But when I discovered twin flame term, I knew without a shadow of doubt, that's what we are. It's been just a little over a year now since we have had any contact, and this last year has had its ups and downs...but I am doing well right now. I have been feeling him and our connection so strongly these last few days. I can't help but smile and my soul speaks to him frequently. I have no idea if it's in our destiny to be reunited in the near future or even in this lifetime, but I know that even though we are physically apart and without contact, our souls are constantly in communication.
Hmmm. Now I'm not saying your wrong but I think most of the time the twin flame relationship get glamorized. When it comes to your twin flame you shouldn't look outside of yourself if you want to know if they are your twin flame or not, follow your intuition and guidance or just go withy our heart feeling! Also something that kinda bugs me is when people want a list of what is or isn't a twin flame. Each twin flame set is different and unique, *yes there will be some common things happening to each pair but each situation will still be different.* What I mean when I say that the twin flame journey get glamorized is people think that it will be perfect and no fights but that's not the case it isn't some perfect romantic relationship, obviously it's not and shouldn't be toxic, no relationship whether romantic or not shouldn't be toxic. Also the whole diet thing, that's not always the case, *(it definitely could be)* but if its your twin flame they will be where they should be, being vegan or not will not decide if there your twin flame or whatever your diet is at this time. Something else I see a lot is that people will have expectations when I comes to how their twin flame should act, this relationship which doesn't have to be romantic-- is about learning what unconditional love is, I'm not saying to act like a door mat but I feel like sometimes people misunderstand this connection. Ego. Ego is not your enemy however most people have an unbalanced ego, or will live just in their ego, your twin flame is YOUR BIGGEST TRIGGER so any childhood memories, beliefs, that you have suppressed will come up to the surface so that they will be cleared. I could say a lot more for this topic, I don't have all the answers, I'm not suppose but if you have any questions or want some guidance feel free to ask me.
I recognized my twin, and it's been so beautiful and painful. If I could describe the experience, it would be like constantly growing out of a skin that no longer serves you. Right now, we are separated once again. He wants to explore the world and other women, and while it hurts me deeply, I understand (even though it annoys me that I do). I recognize that there are things he needs to learn on his own, and one of them is how rare and special our connection is to each other. I was able to recognize him because before him I didn't feel like I was at home and completely myself with other guys. He hasn't had that experience yet. He was in a long-term relationship with a girl before me and he was lost in his mind when we met. After meeting me, he began his shift into his life's mission. It was so beautiful to watch him grow, and I have learned a lot from him and have grown too. But if there was one word that could describe our relationship it would be "trigger." Being with me, triggers him constantly just as being with him, triggers me constantly. However, I feel like I can see the bigger picture. I can see that I am supposed to recognize those parts and work through it. For him, it's much more painful. It's almost as if he doesn't know how to navigate through it, and I recognize now that he has left again that he needs to heal on his own and experience what it's like to be with other people. He is supposed to live life without me. And it hurts so bad and it scares me that he'll never come back, but at the same time, I realize that this is the time that I need to learn how to surrender, let go, and trust that God and the Universe has my back. But I still think about him constantly, and I have a sense that only divine timing will bring us back together. It seems pretty much impossible at this point for us to get back together, but I know that I am supposed to stop chasing him and let him come to me if we were to move past this. I've never felt so lost in my life.

Shwew. This is extremely relevant. Thank you Ralph. It gives me a lot to think about. I met a guy about a year ago, and his place in my life has changed me significantly so very quickly. A lot of parts of me "woke up" and have changed significantly thanks to him introducing me to many aspects of myself that I hadnt seen before. Him and I were like the same person so that I instantly cared about him deeply, but we were also like night and day at the same time if that makes sense. We dove deeeeeeep together and it was like parts of us blossomed instantly upon meeting each other that we both hadnt channeled since childhood. I also was able to lucid dream with him and reach a meditative state and communicate with him this way. Although I normally wouldnt be attracted to someone like him, I became very drawn to him because of his heart and his spiritual values. Our relationship opened up my eyes significantly. Hes on the other side of the country now and we have given each other space to learn certain lessons on our own for the time being because we did certainly have rough patches that made us be extremely honest about ourselves and those things were exhausting to experience, but I have learned so much also and it feels like I will never be the same person because of it....So I am wondering if this is my first obviously karmic relationship or if this is my twin flame. Hes told me that he knows that we are twin flames, and we knew that we were deeply connected from the very beginning of us meeting. But because of how much we have had to learn about each other through our interactions, and a lot of old wounds having been healed, I get unsure sometimes. I know that no matter what happens, Ill always remember him, and care about him. It does feel like there is another part of me out there, dancing the same dance that I am committing myself to. Until he returns, I am just focusing on my spiritual well-being and my purpose because I know thats the most important thing for me to do right now.

I met my twin flame while I was still in a "karmic" relationship. The moment I met them, it was like electricity and we both constantly had each other on our minds until we met up again later when we were both single. It's the easiest relationship I've ever been in, and we both view the world in the same way. We paint and draw together and we like to teach each other how to do our favorite hobbies. Not to mention he doesn't think my "new age" views of the world are crazy, he actually values them too. I've never had a person get me as well as he does me. We've been together for years now, and it never feels boring. Not to say we don't have debates, but usually it's just because we are SO similar hahaha

I thought I was with my twin flame. We loved all the same things, became vegetarians together, had children, good communication and looked forward to a long life together. Well that didn't happen. He died suddenly. That was 30 years ago and I have not been in a good relationship since. I am sad and lonely and miss him terribly. Ralph, this is inaccurate and very misleading. This is not a twin flame you are describing, its divine love, it's heaven on earth. You are describing what relationships on earth are shifting into as a result of this current Ascension process at the global level. Everyone will enjoy this kind of relationship soon, once karma is done being dissolved here on earth.
Twin flames are different, and not everyone has a twin. Twin flames are literally one single soul incarnated into two separate bodies. These particular souls came to earth in pairs to carry out particular missions to prepare earth for Ascension. They are like a swat team, and will not return to earth again in pairs after the Ascension is over. Their missions shift current, outdated 3D structures of govt, medicine, science etc to into 5D ... On August 2, 2016, I turned 21 and ironically EVERY close friend that I have here in college had to return to their home towns for various "random" reasons. My mom and younger sister came to my school and spent my birthday with me. August 1st was HELL, it was literally the worst day of my life, NO exaggerating. When 12:00 AM hit the clock, I immediately felt this shift of energy within me. I felt nothing but positivity, love, and light. I realized in that moment that day had to be the worst day of my life so the next day, my birthday, could be the best day of my life. The weeks leading up to my birthday I had been constantly praying and wishing and hoping that I would find my twin flame. August 2, 2016 was the day that I realized that my younger sister and I were twin flames. It was the most amazing thing that I had ever experienced in my life. Everything suddenly made so much sense. The universe sent me/us so many synchronicities and confirmations after we realized it. We understood why all of my friends had to leave on my birthday and why we had to spend my birthday alone. I think I will always laugh a little bit inside about the fact that I literally begged the universe to send me someone who has been with me almost my entire life lol.

I found my twin flame during a hurricane. Our power was out in the neighboring towns, so we both saught sanctuary in a development that both our friends had power in. Originally I was somewhat interested in her friend(They didn't know that) but I barely knew her. So I invited them over to my friends house to hangout. I remember them walking into the house and my heart dropped... I couldn't keep my eyes off of her. Her smile, her shyness, her adorable voice... It felt like I was zapped by lightning. Forget her friend ! I wanted her In every single way possible. I wanted to know EVERYTHING about her. I remember playing a card game and getting distracted not knowing if it was my turn or not because I was so distracted by her presence. It was unlike anything I have never experienced that rush of adrenaline just by a human beings presence is amazing! That night her friend ended up giving her my number and we literally talked all night long and our relationship just exploded like a super nova. I was crazily in love in 3 days of knowing her and she was too. Keep in mind we were both introverts but not around eachother. She told me she had dreams of me prior that a shadow figure in her dreams that emitted love was the same energy that I gave her. The number 11 followed us everywhere. Even our prom table was number 11. Our anniversary was November 22nd. We could feel eachothers energy. Don't get me wrong we fought like any normal couple but It was the most amazing year and a half of my life before she went to college... I love her still till this day. That was 4 years ago. :)
