Tom can't even be in the same room as Nicole Kidman, and certainly not Katie Holmes, or even his daughter, Suri.
I think his priority has always been his work. Everything else is second. I doubt he was a primary parent to the kids just with his schedule... like any super rich person I imagine there were Nannies doing the raising
