    After taking an Art of Living course to learn this simple technique 3 years ago, I have been practising SKY breathing daily. I feel noticeable reduction in stress, anxiety. It's the only habit I've been able to consistently maintain - because it works so well. Fascinating to dig a little into the science and research.

    I like doing deep breathing exercises in the morning with mindfulness exercises from the book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels.
