I respect and admire you. I only have a healing sprained foot and realizing how creative I'm going to have to get to get a workout with only arms for the next couple of weeks is a little challenging but the first couple of days I didn't have anything as I live alone, so scootedo on my butt on the ground from room to room. Anyway, everything takes so much more effort than when I could put weight on my feet. You could probably write a book about problem solving. Thanks for the video!
Wheelchair/cerebral palsy here. I felt so seen watching you get your feet strapped into the rower. That is always a work out for me in and of itself. Great video!
I just found your channel today and you're amazing I myself have Spina bifida I usually have always stuck to at home workouts because I didn't know what exercises to do so your video definitely did inspire me
Thanks for the video! I just joined PF today and have SCI. I have no idea what to do and there was no help at the gym! I gotta figure it out. This helps. I need an interval timer like that. What’s it called?
I have a question for ya . Do you have an exercise trainer to show you what exercises you can/ should do? Just because I have spina bifida as well and I haven’t found any good exercises to help me lose weight.
Tbh we're not sure if it's officially "adaptive" equipment. I've been lucky to find these ones at the PF we go to. As far as asking for the equipment, see if they have an "arm bike", or the other one I'm using here is the "infinity rope" (the one that's hanging vertically), and I believe I'm also showing how I use one of their rowing machines. At least those are the cardio ones I can remember from PF
yea I transfer and then break my chair down and load it into my car so I need to keep it as light as possible. No brake on my current one but getting a composite one on my next chair

You're AWESOME! I also have Spina Bifida, and I had trouble figuring out which Exercises I could actually do, at the Gym. So, thank you!
I'm glad this one was helpful to you! More stuff coming soon!

thanks! yea try it out you may need to try a couple different ways to see what works best for you
Great drill.
Good work Casey!!
Thank you!!
The seat moves on the bike as well so that you wouldn’t have to transfer.
Good experience.

Carbs🍞🍲🍚🍝🍪🍧...definitely a carb addict lol
Me too! Rice, pasta, sandwiches, fried carbs (egg rolls) noodles of all types i don't discriminate haha
🤣🤣🤣
Is this the adaptive equipment that planet fitness is supposed to have? I just joined PF but not sure what to look for or even ask haha

Looks like your chair is super sparse. No backpack, no armrests, I can't even see any brakes. It must be to keep it lightweight.

Best advice… get on trt and base your diet off a woman but with more protein.
