- Parang, a musical hybrid of Trinidad and Venezuela styles combined around the most festive time of the year and in this one we’re checking out the Lopinot Parang and Cocoa Panyol Festival hosted at the Lopinot grounds at the foothills of our Northern Range in what we call “the East” part of Trinidad
So join us my Trinbago vibes peep as we take in the sounds from 4 Parang Bands and we also try to have a “Trini Christmas is the Best” vibes as well, meaning we trying to get some bread and ham, together with a Pastelle, ginger beer, poncho de creme and sorrel as well in this one cuz they also had numerous vendors at this event as well

Paime is similar to Pastelle, but it doesn’t have meat, also Pastelle don’t have raisins so it’s different, lol
