As someone with a heart condition, another trick is to not think too much about your heart and focus on just breathing. Worrying about your heart rate raises anxiety, which causes your heart rate to go up. It’s weird how worrying about your heart causes more problems than ignoring it sometimes

The money given away doesnt follow that particular sequence exactly, thats true. It isn't the pure quadratic x^2. But it still is a quadratic, just with some other constants and terms (quadratic can be any sequence/function in form a*x^2 + b*x + c where a is not equal to 0 and a,b,c are just some known coefficients). If you're looking for an exact formula for the quadratic that tells us how much money one of them gave away, it is (5/2)*n^2 + (5/2)*n where n is the amount of deaths (if we assume they give 5, 10, 15, 20... etc each death). You can derive that from an arithmetic sequence or you can check it yourself that it works for number of deaths (n) = 1, 2, 3, 4 ...

It’s average/just above average. And it has little to do with genes. It’s more about athleticism and a correct diet. Athletic bpm for a 26 male is 49-55… average is 71-74.
Honestly, i’m surprised PointCrow’s heart rate was so high on average. He seems like he’s in fantastic athletic shape, what with the punching-and-the-chessing and such. I’d assume his heart would be the healthier of the two streamers. I guess he’s called PointCrow cuz he’s got a hyped up bird heart 😅
Never before have I seen someone use their heartbeat as a fucking orbital air strike before. The way pointcrow went from summoning the meteor the most to using it to kill the final boss was truly inspirational. A an actual turn your weakness into your strength moment.
@@VincentCat3435 Hi, med student here, normal resting heart rate is defined as between 60-100. Although a resting heart rate of above 90 is cause for worry since it is borderline on tachycardia. It could be just anxiety however. If you have any other symptoms besides high heart rate, I would advise getting some tests

I went to the doctor for some breathing issues, and that’s when they told me that my heart rate was abnormally high for someone my age. Waiting for the results now, so no need to worry about that!
