Each game is it's own seperated storyline, minus the direct sequels or whatnot. Like Destiny 2, Xillia 2 and Symphonia Dawn of the New World. Though some are also linked while not being a direct sequel, like Zestiria & Berseria. Although some of them are vaugely linked via multiverses, dimensions, cameo battles and so forth. But generally, each game its it's own world with their own rules, lore, characters and mechanics. Like Final Fantasy. Shame about the lack of Rebirth in the list. Aswell not being able to show/listen to Destiny, Hearts, Zestiria and Berseria in full. Rebirth's a chill, calmer but somber opening. It fits it's story. Not even a VOD or full clip somewhere else outside of UA-cam? And if you want MORE, there's also the openings of side/crossover games. Like Tales of the Rays, Tales of Crestoria, Tales of Asteria, Tales of VS etc.
The Singer for Graces are actually BoA, you may know her from some anime song like "every heart" from inuyasha or "masayume chasing" from Fairy Tail Xillia 1 and 2 are sung by Ayumi Hamasaki Dearest from Inuyasha Tales of Arise Opening 2 The same singer as Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core Why - Ayaka
So sad you couldnt include Zestiria and Berseria but its understandable, though i can say Berseria has an amazing opening because its from FLOW. Arise and Berseria was my most favorite games ive played and i have to continue playing Vesperia. I hope i can buy Xillia 1 and 2 once i finish Vesperia.

Note that Destiny 2, Rebirth, Innocence an Innocence R, Hearts DS (not remake though), and Tempest are Japan only releases so you'd need to find an English fan patch to play in English. Also until Vesperia most English releases either removed the lyrics or changed the song with an instrumental only opening...likely due to licensing issues. Symphonia however brings it back in PS3 and later ports...Zestiria also does this too, any game post Grace's F keeps the opening besides Zesty though.
Where Berseria? Also, Xillia and Xillia 2's openings are sung by THE Queen of J-Pop Ayumi Hamasaki, and the game is animated and drawn by THE Ufotable, the studio that made Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer) and Fate series. The game is legit god tier in everything. The music. The battle system. The graphics. All the characters being properly fleshed out. Even after 10 years, the games both Xillia and Xillia 2 still stand up as one of the best tales games series that has a direct sequel. The way they make that each character has a unique gimmick to use them is extremely interesting too. Like Jude being able to dodge last second and "Blink" to the back of the enemy to deal bonus backstab damage. Alvin being able to charge his attacks to turn it into a different variation that can break enemy guard. Leia gaining a range increase buff every time she use certain rod techniques. Rowen being able to fine tune his spells, making the same spell take a different form depending on the situation on the battlefield. The new main character Ludger being able to interchange between 3 different weapon types of twin swords, sledgehammer and twin pistols with quick button taps to adapt to any combat situation is sweet as hell, coupled by their own move set and skill list. Twin swords for speed and normal ground enemies, sledgehammer for tanky enemies or to break enemies shield and guards. Twin pistols for flying enemies. He's the first MC that uses multiple weapon types instead of being stuck with just one weapon trope. Not only that but he even has a transformation gauge that lets him transform, where he wields a spear now and uses a totally different moveset. What you should react next should be the Mystic Artes that each series perform. You can see a completely big difference between the ones animated by Ufotable and not.
Think you could consider getting into the Conception games from Spike Chunsoft? Pretty nice niche series. The second game is quite the favorite of mine. You don't even need to play them in order, their settings are quite different from each other.

While i love Xillia 1, i hate Xillia 2, there are no happy endings on Xillia 2, the plot is one big tragedy after another. At least we get to play with Gaius, dude is pretty much Sephiroth.
Yeah Xillia 2 is disappointing because Jude and Milla were waaaaay better mc and fmc let's be honest. Plus you can only control Ludger (new mc) and you have to have him in the party all the time iirc.

if you are boomer you will replace most of the S with A.. and tales of arise gameplay is good but story is too overrated for me.. i don't feel much playing it
The Japanese version of tales of versperia, graces f, tales of arise op songs are way better than the English version and no these games are design for the superior Japanese voice actors in mind not English one so him name being guru has nothing to do with a English voice actor in tales of versperia
