5UP Oh, really! I was beginning to think that HP4 was undefeated-able unless the H2 was involved.
Hehehe of course the 16 s1000rr is quicker it has 3-4whp more and TQ comes in much sooner from a roll..I`ve owned a HP4 but in EU they`re slower then 16s1rr not by much doh but a tiny bike or 2 when both riders knows how to handle it and knows how to tuck these guys couldn`t tuck for real sorry but truth..
But now in EU the quikcest bike is the new Suzuki stock vs stock it beat R1-duc-hon-Apr-zx10-BMW in roll on highest gear 0-60 0-100 0-150 and so on also 1/4 mile trap and ET when 1 rider testing ll bikes ergo legit testing!!
Steve Hash that's good info , what r the hp & tq numbers over there cause d vid i seen here was 195 bone stock which sound like a lil happy dyno 4 a bone stock bike & pipes. (MR ROLL ON KAWI AND FLORIDA ALL DAY )

I am considering getting an hp4 over the 2020 bmws1000rr as I dont like the back end or the front of the 2018 model..
The 2013 hp4 is still going for good money .. what bhp did you get out of yours.. I know I am late to the party biy I prefer the original s1000rr look

how did you break in the HP4 IB? I'm curious
mike s I rode it very hard from the very 1st mile. I was bouncing off the 9k rev limit for 400 miles. Then my tech removed the 9k rev limit, changed the oil and I flogged again and every since then. HARD BREAK IN.
there is so many different side to how it should be broken in... im actually about to get a 2016 s1krr that has less then 800 miles first service is already done so im guessing ill ride hard? not sure how previouse owner broke it in...

hey. I was wondering if u had any issues with ur clutch cable on the bmws? I have a 2016 bmws1000r and I'm on my second clutch cable and now a month later a fiber just broke off and ill be taking to the dealership tomorrow morning to see what they can do. they replaced the first one and now they'll be replacing my second cable so now it will be on the third cable. I've own the bike for 8 months now and this is happening. I was wondering what I should do.

Whats up 650ilb, i like ur videos. I just sold my r1 09 and my zx10r 2011. And gott a Kawasaki ninja h2, the green frame like it more. should i follow the brak in like the service manual say or just hit it =P its boring to drive on 6000k rpm. And now im also looking for a 2 bike. Miss my zx10r. Its between BMW s1000rr 2014-2016 or yamha r1 2016 cheers from Europe ;)

The HP4, I think when it came out of the factory, had a little more power than claimed. On top of that, 650ib's makes some mega power! What 190hp at the wheel from your dyno comparo vid? That's just awesome!

Hey does your HP4 have alot long term maintenance issues. Because that is one of my bikes that I would like to own. The regular s1000rr. Do the newer s1000rr's have a lot of maintenance issues that you know of.

P.S. You need to text me the results of the dyno shootout of your hp4 and Steve's s1000rr. I can't wait for the video and I'm willing to bet your hp4 came out on top. I bet your Ducati was higher as well, or pretty close. His anniversario runs awesome, but yours is no joke.

I call dibs on the Daytona 675 or R6 until the ninja RR arrives. I don't think that bike is ever coming out. Although its team green all day, I personally think the rsv4r is the best bike for a "racer", in factory form. It has racing features no other bike has. I don't think it shines in a street scenario because of the cost of maintenance.
