    Hi Macrae,
    Thank you for doing these videos. They’re very informative. We live in the Sand Ridge Subdivision just off of White Dome Rd. We are wondering when the city is going to complete the roads going over to Commerce Dr. and over to Desert Springs? We’re hoping this will help alleviate the traffic congestion on White Dome Rd.
    Thank you, Kathryn

    Yes, thank you so much for the updates. Lot of homes being built and that's great but where are the good paying jobs? Don't wish to work at a fast food joint until I retire in St George/Washington Utah?

      The economy is booming so there is opportunity in many areas. Real estate/construction, health care, hospitality, tech to name a few. Quite a few remote workers moving here as well

    Southern Utah RV park has been at exit 13 for five years. You even caught them in 2 vids but no mention???

    • @macraeheppler
      @macraeheppler  8 місяців тому +2

      I talked about them years ago when they were new to the exit. My videos highlight everything new happening in the area.

    Glad I dont live in St. George anymore. Nothing like buying a house built in 1978 that somehow is on the market for 650k.
    What a huge disappointment StG has become. Los Angeles might as well annex StG and extend the 405 because the traffic is the same

    • @macraeheppler
      @macraeheppler  8 місяців тому

      Los Angeles 😂 You don't live here, you hate it here, so why do you even care? I truly hope you're enjoying where you live.

    With all the growth comes more traffic problems. We really don't need all the growth here in St. George. There really aren't real high-paying jobs to support the growth and with that, I think there needs to be more high-paying jobs that are willing to pay more than $20 an hour.

    • @macraeheppler
      @macraeheppler  8 місяців тому +1

      There's a lot of work being done to bring in more high paying jobs. I think we need to focus more on that, instead of restricting growth. Growth is going to happen one way or another so planning for the future and figuring out how to bring more of those types of opportunities what the focus should be

      Everyone says that wherever they live. Be realistic. Many new businesses in Washington County, including tech companies who pay decently.

    It's funny that Stahle ran on saying he wants to keep the small town feeling in Washington City, what a liar

    • @Some0ne001

      Don’t believe them especially if money is involved.

    • @macraeheppler
      @macraeheppler  8 місяців тому

      It's definitely still a small town feeling but he always realizes that in order for a city to survive, you need commercial. Something that Washington City has always lacked. These types of projects will make it much more sustainable long term

    • @bubbajbd
      @bubbajbd 8 місяців тому

      @@macraehepplerthe commercial is fine, it's the housing developments backing up against all the reserve trails that bothers me, I love hiking in people's back yards

    • @Al_Gore_Rhythmn
      @Al_Gore_Rhythmn 8 місяців тому

      Nah bro, Mesquite is a small town. Littlefield is a small town. StG is NOT a small town. Quit lying Macrae. You're contrary to anything not in support of the absolutely bananas level of growth.

    • @macraeheppler
      @macraeheppler  8 місяців тому +2

      @@Al_Gore_Rhythmn I said FEELS like a small town, and I stand by that. But there HAS to be economic opportunity in order for people to not only survive, but thrive. And i'm all for that.
