    What I am noticing with any before/after pics for any product advertised is that it would be helpful if everyone who does before and after pictures do them in the same way. For example, your before pics are of wet hair which will naturally tend to show more thinning. The after pictures are on dry/styled hair which can give an illusion of more hair growth since the hair is lifted instead of pressed down/parted. Also, if your before/ after are both on dry hair, be sure to pull the hair in the same direction. In one you pull straight back while in the after, you pull hair up. Consistency is what I like to see to be able to determine the extent to which there is an actual difference. Just a thought for a better before /after scenario.

      Exactly! I have never seen before and after photos that make a good attempt to eliminate bias. Even if the hair is brushed the same way and the person is sitting in the same chair in same room, photos can can look VERY different if they are taken at a different time of day or nigh, or on a sunny versus cloudy day, because that changes the lighting in the room. The photos need to be taken under EXACTLY the same conditions, because even slight differences in lighting or camera angle or hair brushing can make a HUGE difference. Even on two cloudless sunny days, an hour of difference between the photos can introduce significant bias due to color temperature and light intensity and angle differences. I defy anyone to show me before and after photos for this product in which I cannot easily identify accidental or deliberate bias.

    I've been using the new Revela for 4 weeks now and the results have been stunning. If you are on the fence about it just try it for yourself. You will never know until you try and so far I am extremely happy about all the new growth. I recommend that if you aren't happy with your thinning hair give it a try. I’ve been using Nutrafol for about 2 years, love the product but my crown has recently begun to be a problem again-not sure why. They sent me their serum for free to try, but I wasn’t impressed. Love the vitamins though. I’ve used vegamour- not impressed either but it was really the feel of the product that turned me off. Ive been struggling with thinning unhealthy follicles for years. I saw your review of vegamour and read the ingredient list. There really nothing in it that promotes hair growth and healthy follicles that I know of. I have just started using Revela. BUT, in addition to serums shampoos powders etc, you must eat a healthy diet and take supplements that support hair growth. One supplement is L-lysine which is an essential fatty acid that assists in breaking down protein which is essential for healthy follicles and helps prevents hair shedding. There are many others. Your hair is very pretty and I like the shorter length. Also, NEVER keratin your hair. It wreaks havoc on your scalp!

    I liked what the product did for my hair. I don't think I really had any hair growth to speak of, but it made the hair shafts feel thicker giving the appearance of thicker hair, until I quit using it and then my hair went back to way it was before I started using it. I have used it for 6 months and have not slept since I began using it February of 2023. I can not identify any other change in my life to cause my sleepless nights. I do know caffeine is in the product although when I contacted them they say they removed it.
    The soles of feet started burning 3 month after I began using the product and have been to both my Md and my Podiatrist and was told my feet where fine. I don't know, but am concerned about possible toxic ingredients in the product. I can't get revela to respond to my inquiry.

    Do you know if you can only apply on the scalp after hair is washed? I only wash my hair once or twice a week, sometimes I use dry shampoo in between. My hair is not oily that is probably why I don’t wash it often。 Also, just being curious, do you know if you stop using it, will your hair start shedding again?

    • @Allthingsfadra
      @Allthingsfadra  Рік тому +1

      You can apply the serum to your scalp every day, freshly washed or not. Some days I did that if I didn’t wash. When I used it, it didn’t leave any residue on my hair.
      In terms of shedding, I stopped using it when my last bottle ran out and I experienced a lot of shedding. I can’t say it was directly from that as I was going through some hormonal stuff. But generally with most of these types of hair treatments, you do need to keep using it to experience the ongoing benefits.

I'm in my thirties but have struggled with telogen effluvium and I believe early stages of androgenic alopecia. They offer a money back guarantee anyway, so I figured why not. I totally appreciate this review on this relatively new formula from the AI research. The cat is out of the bag regarding Minoxidil and both its unintended discovery for hair loss and its possible connections to cancer, which I have already had to deal with. I would suggest you dismiss the criticism in these comments. Wet/dry, everyday use vs. every other day, I don't really focus on such details. We, as women, know when we FEEL a difference and you are admitting your methods. Also, you have not even completed six months or something. Priciness is relative and subjective. I stopped doing highlights and cuts and am sticking to treatments for hair loss. That has saved me the money I spend on growth treatments. I think that doing nothing damaging to my hair and then trusting reviews has been advantageous for me. Also, dermatologists who have treated patients with minoxidil based products are coming out to validate this new not-yet-patented product. I think it will grow way more popular than other products quickly. I am going to give it a try. I know you are happy with the NatureLab products. I just wanted to also add that I am having a lot of success and noticeable difference with the very affordable REVIV3 product line for shampoo/conditioner and post shower treatment and my dermatologist said the herbal ingredients of that hair-growth system don't conflict with the new ProCelinyl active ingredient in Revela. Thank you for the time and effort. I wish everyone would just be less critical and realize that experience is personal and unavoidably subjective.

      Here’s where I’m at. When I used Revela, I definitely noticed a difference. But when I ran out, I stopped using it (it was honestly a test for me as well). Revela does recommend that you use it every day until you’re satisfied and then you can switch to every few days (maintenance mode). I just completely stopped and I lost a lot of hair. That could mean one of two things: the Revela worked much better than I realized and maintenance mode IS important to maintain hair fullness. OR my hormones have kicked it up a notch and that’s why I’m seeing more hair loss (the hair loss has also coincided with a dramatic increase in hot flashes!). So I can’t really talk about causation but definitely correlation. I still recommend Revela 💯

Considering nearly every other review of the this product is sponsored in and you yourself say Revela reached out to you and sent you free products.......and your not sponsored? THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN AFFILAITE LINK THAT DOESNT PAY YOU. You are straight up lying about sponsorship to try and maximise the amount of people that use your link (and get you payed). I wasn't sure about Revela but after looking everywhere and only finding shady sponsored reviews I now know to stay well clear of the company.

    • @Allthingsfadra
      @Allthingsfadra  Рік тому +1

      Let me explain how this world works. Companies that want to work with me have 2 options: sponsored content - in which they pay me and help control the message, or product - for editorial consideration. If I like the product, I share. If I don’t, I generally choose not to post. I told Revela that I preferred not to do a sponsored post because a review (my own opinion and experience) would carry more weight with my audience. Whether you a) care about my opinion and experience and b) believe my opinion and experience, is entirely up to you.
      As for affiliate income, yes, I do make commission if some chooses to buy the product through my link. That’s how affiliate income works. Because guess what? MAKING VIDEOS AIN’T FREE.

      LMAO, I love that u highlighted yet another blatant marketing tactic to try and seem trustworthy; bashing the other product but A. You will obviously make more money bashing one product then trying to claim both are great. B. You already milked your audience for the affiliate links for that old product so bashing it now only has finical upside. And lets go back to some of the other points that you somehow forget to address, nobody in their right mind thinks comparing wet to dry hair is a fair thing to do in a comparison for a hair loss product, and you want to claim its just (an extremely dumb) oversight that purely coincidentally makes the product you are selling look more effective then it is.
      Your entire brand is convincing people you aren't doing it for the money to maximise the amount of people who click your link (to maximise your profits), and you use things like I refuse sponsorship when in fact you would get payed almost nothing for a sponsored video of 17k views, but by shilling an affiliate link under the pretext of being unbiased (specially for a super high margin product that spends most of its money on advertising not "science") then some serious money can be made.
