I bought the book a few years back (while I was at the university of Fort Hare, Alice, South Africa ) it's a 585 paged prodigious piece of work. I owe it to my former Political Science lecturer - Mr Valery Ferim who moulded & fine-tuned me into an avid reader of political science classics such as the one above.
