This machine is made for our customer who marking on stainless steel name plate. He want to use 30w fiber laser marking machine to mark a SS size of 300x300mm with black words. Because they are ADVERTISER doing SIGNAGE work doing name plates , identification tag, gift items etc STAMPS for jewelry but acid Etching process want to shift in Laser technology. So after his machine finished, we made the video for him to check the size is exactly 300X300mm. He is very satisfied with it and bought more machines to enlarge his production.
He also required a rotating system to engrave round item and ring and jewelry items. Since for color they are not too much concern because normally these are logos. However, for rotary device marking/engraving on ring jewelry, it only could use 110x110mm, because 200x200/300x300mm will not have enough height for focus distance. so normally we will prepare another small size lens for our customers.
About shipping, he said the table type is preferable if price of courier not much.
The packing size of table type machine is 0.77X0.87X1.53M; 120kg. By air is expensive.
So you could choose the portable type, since the packing size is 0.47X0.7X0.8M; 60kg (half of table type). Shipping by air plane/ express, often use portable type.
Please note: it's better not buying computer, since when ship by air, the shipping company ask to take out the battery of the computer, needs you to buy extra battery in your local, so it's better no buy the computer with the machine.
