Gantry type plasma cutting machine is suitable for cutting big and thick metal steel. Considering the shipping, table type biggest size is 2000x6000mm. However, gantry plasma cutter could be bigger like 3000x8000mm. In the video it is LGK200 cutter with water chiller. This one is order by our Senegal customer in Afria.
Plasma power voltage could be 380V 3 phase or 240v 3 phase
About gantry plasma size: There are 2000x4000mm,2000x6000mm, 3000x8000mm, etc.
About plasma power: There are 63A,100A,120A,160A,200A,300A power supply for cutting metal from 0 to 50 mm from Huyuan plasma power supply.
You could choose accoding to the following details(for CS):
63A power supply: 8 mm quality cut; Max. Cut 12 mm
20A power supply: 18 mm quality cut; Max. Cut 25 mm
160A power supply: 25 mm quality cut; Max. Cut 30 mm
200A power supply: 30 mm quality cut; Max. Cut 40 mm
300A power supply: 40 mm quality cut; Max. Cut 50 mm
Consumable parts:
1).Nozzle and electrode
The life time of Nozzle and electrode is 2-3 days. So you could prepare 500 sets first time.
2).Gold Flame head cutting mouth
The life time of Flame cutting mouth is 10-20 days. So you could prepare 50 or100 pieces first time.
Optional parts:
1). Marking head for engraving on metal
2). Drilling head for drilling holes:
It also could drill holes from 2-13mm diameter holes or from 2-23mm.
