- This is the smell of emptiness, in the sense that it makes you think of spaces that have been left abandoned for several weeks, and have almost lost every trace of whatever fragrance had been sprayed into them. It is vaguely floral, vaguely woody and entirely forgettable.

My personal spring flower this year is 4711 Lily of the Valley. They launched it fittingly in May this year. I love that they have decided to participate in this beautiful tradition! And though the 4711 perfumes are not what I am usually heading for this one is diffetent. I admit that I was so enchanted by the idea of a muguet fragrance alone, that I was biased in favour of it from the beginning. But after having owned it for 3 weeks I can say that it is well enough done. An easy reach, a mildly citrusy white floral with aquatic green and milky facets. A steal for the price in my opinion.

Having tried this and thought it was just 'meh', watching your reaction made me laugh. Shocking that they have the audacity to release this and charge as much as they do. I can only assume they think their customers are idiots.

The same initial impression I had of PdM's Sedley when it was first released. Pretty much par for the course these days. Once brands have set up a positive reputation, it's time to mount the toboggan. 😂WhhheeeEEEeeeeee!

Totally agree this perfume is meh 😑 I have samples (gifted when I bought other niche perfumes) and have tested it in the shop too. I was appalled too, for what it counts.

I have aventus but it is far too masculine for me. I do love green Irish tweed on my husband. I do want to fry carmina.
I have had jo Malone but it has horrible sillage, projection and longevity on me.
Have you ever smelled any house of Bo? Particular Rosario. It is simple but so elegant, pretty, fresh and feminine. Not inexpensive at all.

Samantha from Sex and the City wore Spring Flower in the series (it was shown in her bathroom, I guess a product placement). When I smelt it I was so disappointed, so generic, nothing like her character in the show :D

I got a 0,5 ml decant of this just out of curiosity, it is amazing how cheap it smells and... I pick up a sour note. Like the one in several contemporary fragrances that tend to be on the sweet and sour side. Oh could it be the peach? Why a sour peach? I do not like this sour note in any fragrance I ever smelled
I found it completely uninspiring.

To say the least.
I do not like the new Spring Flower. I have used the original one in the dark pink bottle for years, I feel the same as you. The new one has NO scent!! I suffer from severe depression and the original scent brought me such joy, but the new one is pathetic. 😢

I have been told by Creed's customer service that they did change the scent AND that they haven't, just the bottle.
Is there anything out there that comes close to the original???

Generic and bland, yes. The smell does not offend, the price does 😉
The smell only *just* creeps into the inoffensive range.
I watched this with a friend. I told her like Flava Flav told us. Don't believe the hype. Creed just isn't it.
