Looking good. I'd build some hinges for the short extenders so you could flip them up on top out of the way and they'll double as stops to keep logs from rolling onto the mill until you're ready. Have a great day
That log produced some very high quality lumber. If you haven't already done it, make sure that the rails are securely attached to the blocks and the blocks are fastened to the concrete. My first mill was on blocks and concrete and it moved whenever I loaded a big log onto the bunks. I ended up bolting the blocks to the concrete. Another very good video. Dave
