After watching this channel, I decided to take on the challenge of waxing the epoxy floor in my basement. It was easy and it looks great now. Would not have even considered it without watching ACS. Nice work.
Love these videos and the cleaning/care tips. On that note, I’ve never considered waxing an epoxy floor! Which video on this channel demos that? Thank you for sharing all your hard work guys!!
Ethan killing those hard to reach spots! I do love a good rug clean, but I'm always interested in seeing other kind of surfaces. Yall even got the spots under the hoses, goooorgeous
It's great to see that you take pride in your work, the results speak for themselves.
So glad to see this. I worked for 34 years in a hospital where they would do a wonderful job of stripping and waxing the floors but corners were neglected and drove my OCD crazy
Super smooth camera! The new Steadicam thing really works.
We love it!
Yeah, that gimbal is smooth. You couldn't even tell he was sprinting.
Love returning every once in a while over the past 4 years & seeing this channel gain more success. Wholesome content & a wholesome family for all of us little cleaning weirdos to enjoy 😂🩵
The process you described in the beginning is called injection molding. I used to work at a factory where we had machines that did this process.
I wish I could see one running in person it seems like a really cool machine.
@@ACSrugcleaning To be honest it probably sounds more interesting than it actually is. lol
I have family in the industry as well. Coming home covered in all kinds of plastic dyes and stuff oof. This is the cleanest shop I've ever seen in my life after you guys were done.
@@ACSrugcleaning You sadly can't see most of the magic, as the mould itself isn't see-through. That's where the cool stuff happens, with the injection of the liquified pellets.
@@petrescuework-difficultcas6581 Mold the mold.
First of all.... Miles you are fast!!!! So happy to hear you have new equipment to record. Always happy to hear you have new things to help make your videos better.
My favorite part... Probably seeing the old wax getting stripped from the floor. To see that crusty gray wax come up with little to no ease (from our view) was just so good to see. Great job Ethan!!! That's how professionals do it!! Another part is seeing the floor go from clean and still to shiny and vibrant. Man you gotta love it!!!
Great job with the video guys. Sending love to you both! Give my best to Papa Clean.
That floor was gorgeous. My drill sergeants in basic training would approve! (They made us strip and wax floors all the time)
so you're saying you stripped your way through boot camp? That could be a Hallmark movie plot lmao
@@von... LOL. I guess you could say that 😂🤣😂
Gotta love the UA-cam algorithm. Started watching review videos of the O-Cedar mop to watching these guys clean carpets and floors . These young gentlemen are killing it with their professionalism and work ethic.
Lol I have one of those! I love boiling my big water pot, then dumping it into the o cedar one. Barely needs chemicals BC the scalding hot water gets it. I wear nitrile gloves first, then wear played gloves that cover my forearms better
Always on the grind. Great work guys.
That IS a good gimble! I really liked the shine on the floor it WAS classy! Keep up the good work guys!
My favorite part was the shiny clean floor in the end. You guys do great work!
Instant gratification!!!! another great job.... the only thing wrong is y'all live to far away to clean my floors... lol
Let me come back to this at night so I can rest my nerves watching 🤣
I’m in the uk so it’s already 10.15 pm, so tucked in bed relaxing 😀 I do that all the time, I see things I want to watch later
I’ve been cleaning the floors at work section by section. The grime along the edges and in the corners doesn’t give up! Props to Miles and Ethan for getting in there and making it all beautiful!
Lmao 0:37 I thought I was the only one who did that ol kicking the last bit of dirt to make it disappear trick
😂
The waxing was my favorite since it made the floor look shiny and new. I loved this video, the work, the smiles, the laughs, the southern accent, and the final result. Great job!
Have a blessed day y'all!
Thanks for watching
@@ACSrugcleaning The pleasure was all mine 😊
I use to work as a porter for a major grocery store chain. One of the most satisfying parts of the job was stripping the floor of an isle and putting down 3-4 coats of wax and getting that mirror-like shine after buffing it.
I have learned more from your channel then the cleaning business that I work for.
Y’all are such a great team. Ok my favorite part was you running at the end. And Ethan filming it! Lol. So my real questions. I remember my mom waxing our hardwood floors when I was a little girl. But I don’t think I’ve ever used wax personally. What kind of flooring is wax typically used on? And how long does it take to dry? And since it looks so shiny when it’s done, how can you tell when it’s safe to walk on? I will say that the floor looked killer when it was clean and shiny though. They should really appreciate the job well done! If that was my building I’d be recommending you to everyone. You two should be proud.
Y'know that wax was filthy by the time you guys stripped it, but that means it was doing exactly what it was supposed to. Having that coating makes it a lot easier to maintain the floor, and the amount of dirt it collected is dirt that won't permanently stain the tiles underneath it.
Wow this was such a nice job. I think cleaning up floors like this is even more impressive than things like rugs. I'm always so impressed when someone can do such a perfectly thorough cleaning job on a hard floor.
Your work is fantastic and your results are night and day! I worked in a group home and they hired a crew to do what you did, to our floors, and when they left we found paper clips, hole punch "dots", a rubber band, etc. stuck in the wax!! They did not call them back again! Again, great work and nice people! God Bless!
I wish everyone had a contractor like you to clean their linoleum floors. When I go into public restrooms and see how filthy their floors are, especially in the corners, it is disgusting. I can imagine restaurant kitchens floors are just as gross if not grosser. How many contractors actually scrub around the walls and in the corners? You guys are the best.
Those floor scrubber machine things are a balancing act. You handled it excellently. Great job as always, the final wax making everything all shiny and new was my favorite. Thanks N Take Care my Friends
Fantastic work ethic even doing sides and corners by hand. Love it!
That was my favorite part - love the attention to detail!!
I was dying on the run at the end haha I love the bloopers. You guys are awesome!
When you said stripper, I didn't know where this video was going. I had to go back and read the title.
😂
I used to do this work and watching this brought back so many memories.
You and Ethan messing around in the parking lot was my favorite. You guys never disappoint!
You are so professional at your young age and I know your father feels so grateful that he can trust to leave yall with a job and you will not let him down because he knows you aim to please!
Mt family had a flooring business. I grew up napping under sample racks. It's nice to see people with such knowledge of flooring and exactly how to clean it and what the surfaces can and can't handle.
This is the only channel where I like a video before watching it :)
Good Job, Ethan!
Something so satisfying in seeing the before and after, after someone takes pride in their work.
You guys are a great clean team!!! Cannot believe how good that floor looks now and even in the corners!!!
So satisfying when the grimy old wax is lifted!
Yessir Ethan really popped off on those floors!! Great job man keep it up 👍🏻 also love the channel and all the great work you guys do
That machine is called an injection molding machine. What melts the plastic is a heated screw on the inside. The thing you're holding in your hand at the end is a sprue of dog bone tensile test samples. They put the thick ends into a machine and pull it apart to test how strong the material is when you stretch it compared to how much it stretches out.
You guys do a wonderful job, keep up the good work and keep having fun!
Looks great! Well done for reaching behind those machines
I love the fact that you fellas do great work and find time to play. That running form needs some work though! 🏃♂️🤦♂️😂
😂
Waaaaait not Ethan with the SUPA HOT FIRE “beep bop bada boom bop” 😂😂😂
Great vid, as always. I still go back and rewatch awesome transformations like the skating rink, the lady with 85 coats of wax on her tile and some liquid gold rug cleans. You all spoil your viewers and we thank you 😁
wow, you both always do a bang-up job! Impressive!
I’m impressed by these young men and how well they care themselves
The music is a nice touch...ive always enjoyed your videos. I wish you were in Chicago!
That floor looked amazing and great job on those edges Ethan! Got it looking all the way right!
Absolutely adore these videos, some real satisfaction. Thanks for sharing!
When I was in highschool, the janitor was using a wax method that had a rectangular wax pad that fed from a bottle that was on his belt. And advantage I see with that, if it works with your waxing, is that it always has a leading edge and will collect any dirt that was missed in the cleaning before waxing, and you arent dipping a mop in the wax where theres the potential to mix in contaminants.
Great video as always I love seeing the clean finish
I worked at a huge hospital as a floor tech. We had these wax applicators and made it so much easier to lay down product. Basically looks like a swiffer sweeper with an area you put a box of wax in
The Supa Hot Fire reference 😂 Amazing job on the floor y'all! Probably one of my faves thus far.
You hit the jackpot when you got Ethan. He is a hard worker just like you.
As someone who used to work in a similar lab: bless you cleaners.
You guys rocked that job the floor looks amazing 👍👍
Great job all. Your crew really cares for the customers and it shows. Congrats!
I use to install vct in targets and other buildings. We had to apply wax sometimes and we used a bookbag that has a wand that dispenses the wax onto the floor. the bookbag had a bag where we fill it up eith wax and use a microfiber application pad
That floor shine really made that place look new, good job
Myles that Biggie line was not lost on me lol however this was very impressive you guys went above and beyond the hand cleaning of the baseboards was my favorite part and of course the bloopers
One of your cleanest cleanups ever. Piece of cake.
I used to work for Numatic International in the UK where they use Injection moulding to make Henry vacuum cleaners, that's what that press was at the start of the video. I worked up close with them, boring job, but the engineering side of it was fascinating.
I think my favorite part is seeing the old wax being removed. It's so satisfying to see years of buildup going away, leaving the floor looking like new again.
I've used a thermoplastic extrusion press just like the one at 1:11 in the past! Had a sore back one day and missed the hopper with a bag of those plastic pellets and they went everywhere.
Always have love poeple that take pride in what they do. Class act gentlemen.
Quite impressed with Ethan detailing the hard to reach areas
Another great video. Thank you. Great work on those hard to reach places Ethan.
It looks like tedious work but it's so satisfying seeing the grimy old wax get washed away. Great video!
Hey man, I'm glad to see you guys growing. Myles you do a good job and you have good leadership about you.
You lads sure work hard. Very nice job 👍
You're back haven't seen your videos for a while.
Love your videos. One thing I would recommend I'd apply the wax from a bottle with a nipple and using a flat mop to apply it. You waste less wax, and it goes down much smoother. Helps dry quicker so that you can put more coats faster.
First-class job, gentlemen!
This channel is wholesome as hell
Wow that was a back breaking job. Good job guys
I like old fashioned wax on floors. I think it protects them better and lasts longer.
Great video, Myles. Great work on the edges, Ethan!. That is some PITA manual labor.
maybe its just me but seeing people work hard in today's society is magical
it's always been like this .. u just dont see them or u dont give a fuck about them and u need a fucking video to wake u up ..
@@francoisturgeon1176 You're completely right. I guess it's easier to write people off if they think everyone is lazy. In reality, everyone is just doing their best to survive
@@francoisturgeon1176 nah youth nowadays is lazy and refuses to do actual hardwork like me and my father before me did all they want is cheap and Instant success and gratification
@@kagnetix6674 of course if u are talking about streamers , tik-tokers and random bullshit like this ... of course man .... but im 35 and i always worked hard from 15 to right now so i dont know .. dont really know any people in that range of age though so maybe u are right
@@kagnetix6674 ok grandpa
Your videos are so satisfying to watch!
Thanks so much for posting this! I will be doing a big one starting tomorrow.
Good luck
Waxing is always labor intensive, but the finished product always looks fantastic.
Excellent Job! Looks great now.
Amazing how you got that old wax off, fave part was the vacuum and squeegee! Clean all the way!
9:54 i see you with those editing skills! great job fellas
High five to the editors!!! Any chance you guys might consider interspersing the video with before and after clips of each area? Or even just a still shot of before and after from the same angle ? Thanks again for the great content!!
Great job! The floor looks wonderful. 😁😁😁😁😁
this was randomly recommended to me. Keep the grind going
That looks great, good job. We had waxing crew at walmart and was so nice to see that floor shine after it was done.
Ngl this looked kinda fun to do, watching the stripper and buffer take all the old wax off was satisfying.
Killer job, killer crew.Big props on a proper job.🤩
I’ve done vct and your work is impeccable !!!
You both are such handsome, hardworking talented young men. The floors looks wonderful. 😊👍
Ethan hitting the supa hot fire outta no where in the bloopers 😂
So fresh and clean, so satisfying. Love your work ethics. Getting down in there and doing it Cinderella style! No shortcuts! 👍
Now how did I miss this when you uploaded? I am subscribed and have notifications on. Weird. At least I’m here now.
Nice work guys!!!! That floor was beautiful/Of course you both did a great job. Best in Georgia.
Great job guys!
Favorite part was when y'all were scrubbing the floor and seeing the dirty wax! Oh the tingles!!
Interesting that you use a string mop to wax. Pretty old-school technique, but it looks great. Have you considered using a flat mop or microfiber? I find that you can get thicker coats down cleanly and get much more gloss on the floor.
Strangely satisfying!
Fabulous job fellas!
It's amazing to me how i will sit here and watch someone clean for 13 minutes on a youtube video, enjoy it, and then proceed to not clean a single thing in my house
