Hi! Thank you so much, it's just a miracle to find such a great channel. I’m so happy that you keep sharing your tips, tricks and overall process of modelling, maybe, there are not much people who need surface modelling, but those who need can’t be thankful enough for your work!
30:04 Hello,I got a same question,I can’t do it this part,and I can’t select tangency,the message just display select loop,the edge suspected open,how can I do?
Amazing video. Gave me lot of tricks and tips to carry out surfaces. Just one request. Can you make a video on creating ribs, drafts and fastening features on these parts please. That would help me alot in making an proper assembly of the part. Thanks.
this is really helpful but also really hard to follow! Because you’re not explaining what you’re doing as you do it… I think if instead of saying “this point” and “this line and this line..” you were more specific on what you’re doing that would be super helpful :)
How do you choose your radius values (fillets, tangency, splines, arcs) before even trying them? Like you say I want this radius to be 200 and it works before you make trial and error how? Did you prepare your work before screen recording or how?
Sometimes I prepare in advance, sometimes just feeling. When I was working for industrial designers I was scaling the sketch according to the desired dimension and then bringing into skectch environment and copy outer lines etc. There are a lot of technics but after a while you develop a propotion feeling. For example a human have certain propotions and dimensions, while keeping same width you would not draw a 5 meters man. 😁 I hope I am clear. Regards
I'm confused how you took a cylindrical object with curved profiles, cut it on an angle, and ended up with a circle on the end which you could revolve onto. The cut edge should have been an ellipse, no?
From the very beginning of building the surface with the Sweep, everything is not going as in the video. Built surface extends beyond the Path curve. On the other hand Guide Curve lies on the surface like in video
High I am your subcriber I really want to know when to use which cammand in solid works and my second question is from where to start the modelling like how we will decide the Base sketch of the model and will start designing it
Hi Dear, It is a good question. Mostly you gain skills with experience and practice. When I am modeling a part I am starting from a point that will lead me to the end in shortest way. In this example you will see that biggest volume was in my first action to complete model. Also you can think that which simplest feature can help you to finalize the model in a effective way. Before I am modeling somethings I divide it into pieces in my mind, try to do that you will find answer.
How you closed with planer surface in line 29.55 when I do giving massage the planet surface can't be created due to non planar selection or open selection
Simply I measure parts by myself and then finding the curves and noting the values on a paper. It is just demonstration so some deviations on measurements are fine. Already to prepare a drafting document for this kind of parts take longer than modeling part itself.

Welcome Dear, I appreciate your comment
I learnt so many correct ways of doing things and correct ways of using features in this tutorial , thank you so much
Welcome Dear, I am glad that I could help you.
Keep practising.
Regards
You are a role model and a inspiration. Keep going with the excelent videos, thank you for sharing your knolegde.
Thanks for your nice comment.
Glad to hear that you found videos useful. 😊
Always wanted to learn Solid Works from Khabib. Thank you champ !
30:05 We are doing this assignment in class but we cant do it this part. cool exercise by the way
girl people died trying to do that. You are being too nice.
but u are so pretty so it is fine

I keep coming back to this tutorial. Thank you so much for this!
Welcome Dear, please have a look other ones also you could find someuseful technics overthere
Bro you best ! I was just doing solidowrks and found that you uploaded a video 8 hours ago haha.
Welcome Dear 😊
Great tutorial it really helped me understand surface modeling better!
Welcome Dear. Happy to hear that.
There are a lot of videos in Channel, if you wanna develop yourself more you could check other ones.
Regards.

Could you please continue to publish this kind of video? It is really helpful!
Love this video! Would love more designy product videos
Thanks😊
Great tutorials 3D W!! Keep going!!
Hi Dear, thanks a lot. 😊
This is awesome tutorial. Thanks
Welcome Brother!

Hi Dear, adding to much detail makes video longer and nobody watching. Average watching time of this video around 4 minutes.
@@3D-World I understand. Maybe a short video on already existing model might help. Just an suggestion :)
Please make longer videos... I will watch
Excellent tutorial !
Welcome Dear.
I learned a lot! Well done great video! Thank you!

Thanks Man 👍
U are big designer , i love u .
Very nice tutorial..
Thanks Dear 😊
thank you so much for this lessons
Welcome

Best of luck in your work

awesome dude
Welcome
how do i get that shiny/glossy/reflective finish that you have on your surfaces?
Dear this is a render from another program not from Solidworks
From the very beginning of building the surface with the Sweep, everything is not going as in the video. Built surface extends beyond the Path curve. On the other hand Guide Curve lies on the surface like in video
Are you sure you follow each steps correctly

Yes I can make a demonstration for that. I believe will be an easy video.
Very nice! 👍😄
Hi Waldemar, thanks a lot.
How are you doing everything okay ?
I saw in Germany there was big flood.
@@3D-World Yes, thank you, I'm fine. I live in Cologne, Rhine has flooding again, but has not yet swam over the banks.
Happy to hear that you are fine. I hope it is over in short time. It is a big catastrophe.
How you closed with planer surface in line 29.55 when I do giving massage the planet surface can't be created due to non planar selection or open selection
did u handle the problem?
If whole edge in one plane you can close your surface with Planar surface command
@@3D-World hey can you elaborate on this as I am unable to resolve :/
@@3D-World hello, I got the same problem,I cant select tangency, the messenge just display select loop, how can i do
Can u share the drafting documentation link in the description
I do not have it.
@@3D-World then how u did this, with all correct dimension constraints?
Simply I measure parts by myself and then finding the curves and noting the values on a paper.
