You said it. You kept it 2 years. Selling my Z06 coupe next month. It has 5 miles on it. Orange never driven. Trade the vette and a $100k. It's time for a change.
@@JumpSquadAuto naw it's an investment car. I can't drive a $170k car. I'm a blue collar dude. Ron Fellows is starting Z06 school July 7. Definitely doing that.
Thanks for commenting on the fact that TRX is a truck one can actually find and purchase vs the elusive and unobtainable Raptor R. Excellent point. Raptor R is rare and the dealers will be unlikely ever to remove markups, similar to how they acted with the Shelby GT500s.
GT500s almost 4 years in are still being price gouged on so you are spot on that Raptor R will always have a big markup. Real world puts these trucks 50k apart for 2 less horsepower.
I've had a loaded level 2 for 6 months. I put running boards and mud flaps on to avoid self inflicted damage. I love the TRX but she's a big girl. Difficult in parking lots and drive throughs.
I just ordered from Duraflap for my TRX. After several UA-cam videos, I thought they offered the best mud flaps without the extra the mud flap maker’s abbreviations on the flaps. What mud flaps did you get?
I will never recommend mud terrains personally. They drive horribly, way heavier, and stupid noisy. I get it, they look killer but you can find an aggressive all terrain that also looks killer, they are silent, lighter so you’ll get better mpg, braking time, etc.
I kind of went the way of what had the best price. Not a lot of companies make a 35x13.5. most do 12.5 but you are right about the characteristics of MTs.
What kind of mileage you seeing after 2 years? "They" say once the truck gets used a bit, the mileage increases... so I am curious. Looking at trading my modded bighorn for one of these. Cheers.
Hey. It comes down to how fast you drive. I'm getting the same mileage i bought the truck now almost 3 years later. Overall life time is 10.7mpg. I get about 12-13 highway and 8-10 city. The longer I own the truck the more mellow I drive with it. I know several people who get 15 driving closer to the speed limit. I'm a little throttle heavy
I like them. Especially for the price. They get good traction and ride nice. They are noticeably noisier turning and at low speeds but not too much more on the hwy. They look super aggressive and for the $$ worth it.
@@JumpSquadAuto sweet thanks, i got 4 37 12.5 17 for 1150 shipped. The few pictures i found they look nice. Just dont have many reviews of them out there.
My 2022 makes a diesel type rattle that’s very annoying. It seems like it’s coming from around the engine and is most distinctive when in drive at an idle. The local dealer said this is a normal. Not buying that explanation.
An engine tick is normal for the TRX and ram sent out a TSB telling dealers it's normal and not to fix.....but some dealers are disregarding other noises as the tick and not fixing so try to get a second opinion or put it side by side with another trx
I don’t know dude, as time goes on and seeing all the TRXs out there, white is definitely the worst color for the truck. White screams work truck. You need to not worry about wheels and invest in a wrap
Plan to trade into a hydro blue TRX at some point. Move up to 2023. I originally had red but lucked into white very early in 2021 so jumped on it. Agree needs a different color.
Sold my BMW X6 M for TRX and I am loving it.
I’m driving the new rebel, but this is obviously the dream car for us truck guys haha
Love it had mine since October best vehicle I’ve ever had and God forbid I’ll never get rid of it.

Dang. That was quick. If its not being driven might as well move it. Get something else fun.

Thank you for this. I was stuck between 3-4 vehicles. This did it for me
You will not regret it. Find a good clean used one and enjoy. Check out the Ram TRX forum as well for lots of great info on these trucks.
TRX ftw!

Love mine as a daily driver. Smiles per gallon saying is 100% correct. Added a hidden kill switch to mine!
Which brand do you recommend for the kill switch?

You should install a rear swaybar, I did vary Happy with it. It helps a little with the lean

Are the forged wheels because if they are cheap the torque will tear this apart. Stock wheels and tires look way better .
Curious as to what your MPG is with your fuels?
Where in new england are you? Im up in NH. Im actually looking to buy a trx this coming week.
