I just wanted to say thank you to whoever wrote this. This had me sit in silence smiling to myself. It describes exactly what Ive been feeling the last 5 years. 5 years ago. That's when I lost my (then) boyfriend who committed suicide. I had so much love for him and never saw it coming. I was a mess and it took me years to forgive him. Cut forward to a me now . Even though I now feel beter than before, I still think about my ex sometimes. People say I'm better of now, and yet... I would've given the world just for him to talk to me once, or to know that he somehow knows I'm okay now. I'm not mad for him doing that anymore. Only sad that I've never got any closure. I'm not angry anymore, for him to hurt me . I'm thankful for everything I've learned, and for the memories I have. Ps: I'm alright now. I've had a few mishaps and I've had quite a search to find new love. But I'm in a healthy relationship now with someone who truly understands. I'm okay. Dare I say even happy. :)
