Every body have a dark past but the think is did you get over it cus when you can't it starts to eat you inside like mine did and it's really trying....... When you know what's eating you inside but you can't do anything
@@mysecret2730 no. it is about distracting yourself, trying to hide from the thoughts. keeping busy helps you for a bit, but as soon as you stop, the thoughts come back. it does not really heal you

Jobless Daily Routine hey I’ve been there. Just replace the guy with a girl and it’s the exact same thing that happened to me. I know what it’s like to be used, to be forgotten, hated, hurt, scared, depressed. Oh friend I know it all. You might try to do everything you can to make him stay, but when humans put there mind to something they usually do it. Now I’m not so great in relationship stuff, but I am damn sure that when someone leaves you, that there IS someone better for you. You have just got to push through and find them. You may feel like you want to die now, but if you die, someone else will be missing out on something great. You are here for a reason. Don’t waste a life you never got to live. You are here for someone, and someone is here for you.

Just be there. You don't have to talk. You don't have to say or do anything. Just let her know you are there. Give her things that make her laugh. But don't stop her from crying. Eventually she will that you are true and will open up little by little.

im so close to giving up, my last string is to open up to my parents and ask for therapy but i dont have that strength to do so. I feel like im just a nuisance and just consistenly overreacting things and being an attention seeker and i hate that the most. This song explains the way i feel, because i feel numb. I dont know what love is. Id cry if my family or friends die but i dont feel the love and connection with them now that im still existing. They always tell me to take care of myself but i dont know what to take care of because i dont feel like myself, i dont know what to do or feel, my repititive phase is simply just keeping myself busy till that feeling eats me again. Im so tired of this but ending it also scares me. I dont know what to do anymore.

I was confused about life and what love was or is, I still don't know who I love and who I don't, but I learned to be happy by my self and with myself, I figured out that if I have to relay on someone else to be happy, then I'll never be happy. If i'm happy with my self, then I'll make my friends and the ones who care about me happy too.
I don't know exactly what you've been dealing with and I don't have to know, I just hope you get through all this mess that life and depression is and don't listen to people that say it's nothing, you know what you've been dealing with and how hard this is, just hold it together and be strong.

People around me have many questions why I used to working hard, and jealous me sometime. I haven't wanted to be the best worker, I just feel lonely and hurt, keeping busy its doesn't job but it doesn't heal.
What sucks about mental health is that there are nothing to show. You can be the nicest, funniest person out there but inside you are completely numb and dead inside. (Coming from someone who has anxiety , depression, and suicidal tendencies (never tempt to but had thoughts))
