It always amazes me how many times you hold up patterns or kits I have to stitch. The wonderful thing about floss tube besides the 2 of you.. is the ability for cross stitchers to find someone who has their stitching tastes.
Love Piecemakers! My fingers are all joint-frozen and Piecemakers are longer and easier for me to grab under the fabric. I stitch two-handed in a Q-Snap frame and it’s just a lovely, nicely longer needle. Loved it when Brenda grabbed the fabric to put back in the bag. The look on her face was delicious. (Hubby is sleeping and it was a chore NOT to chortle…….you gave me a smile before sleep.) Thank you Ladies. You bring me joy.

Ladies the two of you are the best. My husband and I have been going thru a lot of health issues. I had a knee replacement on December 7th and Dan is having open heart surgery on January 13th. I had a brain injury 5 years ago and stitching helped bring me back to life. I listen to audiobooks and stitch every single night before bed! I’ve never heard you mention The French Needle or Veronique Enginger or Helen La Barre but think you would love them - especially Laura. Maybe in 2022 you can make a pdf of the shops and who is who, and who carries what. You always mention ladies and shops but I can’t keep it straight. I am in MN and have the worlds greatest stitch shop - Stitchville USA. Debbie Clark owns and runs it and she was like an angel helping me adapt projects to work with my injury and eyes. She even let me work for her for awhile during recovery. So… maybe you two could give Debbie and Stitchville a try or a shout out because she is wonderful. She does not have a website but you can call the shop or fax/email them and they will send you what you need.

They’re longer and with my stiff fingers, I can grab the needle under the fabric so much easier. It was a decision maker….do I quit stitching because I can’t find a needle long enough? Then a dear friend read my comment on Piecemakers needles and sent me some of her stash of Piecemakers needles in different sizes.
I put this on this morning to stich by. It is impossible!! I can't possibly keep looking up to see all the cool things you are showing, and stitch. WOW- to see your first tabby cat linen purchase, Creme Brule. That was really special. Sorry but I have to go back to NCIS reruns so I can get some stitching done. Lol

I so enjoy watching your flosstubes, especially because of the beautiful friendship you share. I watch one episode (starting from 2019) every morning while I do some stitching; however, today I skipped ahead (not unlike your true Advent confessional). The two Prairie Schooler Santas were from 1989 and 1993, Brenda, in case you wanted to know. I'm stitching more of my Prairie Schoolers lately. I had a friend who used to dress up as Santa for years in the Portland area, but he passed away unexpectedly this summer. I was looking through my patterns of the yearly Santas and found the one that reminded me of him. It's the Gardener one...a happy coincidence that you showed yours today. Merry Christmas ladies! You flood my days with joy! Thank you so much for the videos. It means the world to me to have you two to look forward to. I had a brain injury 5 years ago and stitching helped bring me back to life. I listen to audiobooks and stitch every single night before bed! I’ve never heard you mention The French Needle or Veronique Enginger or Helen La Barre but think you would love them - especially Laura. Maybe in 2022 you can make a pdf of the shops and who is who, and who carries what. You always mention ladies and shops but I can’t keep it straight. I am in MN and have the worlds greatest stitch shop - Stitchville USA. Debbie Clark owns and runs it and she was like an angel helping me adapt projects to work with my injury and eyes. She even let me work for her for awhile during recovery. So… maybe you two could give Debbie and Stitchville a try or a shout out because she is wonderful. She does not have a website but you can call the shop or fax/email them and they will send you what you need.

Brenda! I agree, I just tried the Peacemaker needles…love them! So..I ordered 10 packs 🥰
I second that...Peacemakers are my favorite and I've tried them all.
They’re longer and with my stiff fingers, I can grab the needle under the fabric so much easier. It was a decision maker….do I quit stitching because I can’t find a needle long enough? Then a dear friend read my comment on Piecemakers needles and sent me some of her stash of Piecemakers needles in different sizes.
I put this on this morning to stich by. It is impossible!! I can't possibly keep looking up to see all the cool things you are showing, and stitch. WOW- to see your first tabby cat linen purchase, Creme Brule. That was really special. Sorry but I have to go back to NCIS reruns so I can get some stitching done. Lol

And when Moda releases the Blackbird Designs collection in the Spring, there will be lots of bags and buddies and cards and whatever else I can come up with, made with Blackbird Designs beautiful fabrics!!!

I so enjoy watching your flosstubes, especially because of the beautiful friendship you share. I watch one episode (starting from 2019) every morning while I do some stitching; however, today I skipped ahead (not unlike your true Advent confessional).
The two Prairie Schooler Santas were from 1989 and 1993, Brenda, in case you wanted to know. I'm stitching more of my Prairie Schoolers lately. I had a friend who used to dress up as Santa for years in the Portland area, but he passed away unexpectedly this summer. I was looking through my patterns of the yearly Santas and found the one that reminded me of him. It's the Gardener one...a happy coincidence that you showed yours today.

Yep you made me cry too! Love everything. I confess last year I opened my chocolate advent calendar, ate all the chocolates and discreetly closed the windows back.
