I was one of the people yelling for the Of Female Worth sampler. I immediately ordered the pdf as soon as you said she had it. I thought I would never have it and now I do! I am so excited. I am starting it tomorrow. Thank you for the information.
Laura I thought of you on the 405 freeway here in So Cal while driving to my moms the other day. I was next to a Toyota which on its back window had a sticker of Baby Yoda and it said Toyoda..🤦🏻♀️🤣 Brenda, to celebrate your birthday I purchased Sophia Doggett and thanks to you and Laura I ordered my first 40 count linen.😳😊 Since I started Elizabeth Eyles to celebrate Laura I had to have a stitch for you as well. Thank you once again ladies for your company!
LAURA - You told me to get your attention! The Christmas tree hat pattern! ASAP! I need to make at least 8 for my grand babies! And maybe their parents! I love, love, love watching you ladies. You inspire me every video! Happy Stitching! HAT INFO, PLEASE!!!!!! (Trying not to be pushy )
I just love Brenda's new hair do. It's beautiful. I love you both so much. Waiting 2 weeks to see you is to long!!!! I'm on my couch. With my tea and under my cozy warm quilt cause it's 20° here......I'm all ready and waiting to see what you guys got for haul and to figure out what you are going to make me buy next. You guys are the best enablers ever. Lol lol. Love hugs and blessing. From your stitching friend Linda from Rhode Island
Great video. Stitch what you like. Buy what you can afford. That changes with the seasons of your life. I love shoes, my best friend loves purses. Yall love stitchy things. Looking forward to the surprise in 2 weeks. Keep stitching
My husband walked in as I was watching you yesterday and said “those two are two of my favorite flosstubers!” I guess he’s been paying more attention to flosstube than I thought!
Hi Brenda and Laura, Love all your videos but this one was the most enabling ever! I had to stop watching twice so i could 'schoom' some of the beautiful charts you showed! Thanks for keeping us all current on what's the latest and greatest stuff to stitch! Belated birthday greetings to you both!
The two of you have given me confidence to try 32 count and I did it. It's just a small design for the first one. Thank you for sharing your joy and love with us all.
I finally got thru the video! It’s treasured so I stop it when anything is distracting me. When I was at the attic last week they had the sajou needle books in their front glass cases!!!! 😳😳💞💞🙂🙂
If you have a logo, it should say, “Stitch what you love.” That is the phrase I relate to you both. Have a wonderful week, stay healthy and “Stitch what you love.” Thanks Brenda and Laura for another inspiring Flosstube.
I cannot tell you how much I look forward to your videos! Stitch what you love, love to see the hauls! Keep ‘em coming. The flying squirrel stitch was the best!
Enjoy your time away. Do lots of stitching and just think how many people love listening to you and watching what you are interested in. From Perth, Western Australia.
Hi ladies. How you doing today?. Good I hope. I live on Michigan / Ohio boarder. Maybe 20 minutes to Ohio. Brenda your hair looks great. Glad you are getting it back. I would love to meet you 2 someday. I watch you every time you 2 are on. We’ll have a good day. Bye
Journaling is sooo powerful. Writing has always been my go to remedy. Taught methodologies to gifted students for years. My red FRANKLIN PLANNER houses my linen inventory, all sampler patterns I own, and projects and wips. Whatever keeps us organized😘🤩. Enjoyed another episode !
Great video ladies!!! I stopped the video 3x and had to go to the Etsy shops that you received gifts from and buy things!!!!! I also bought E S Spot Sampler. Thank you so much for THAT info. Love you gals. Hugs, Lynn
Beautiful stitching. Now you told us to buy all the Black Birds and now it looks like it is buy all the Hands Across The Seas. I am retired. Brenda it is very smart to stock up because once retired , my spending is very different.
Love Your WIPS - Love Your Stash - Love Your Gifts that you got. Both of you made my night - I could just sit and watch you two beautiful awesome ladies all day and all night long talking about what you want to stitch next. I hope that you had a safe trip back home Laura. Take Care - Stay Safe - Stay Well - Stitch All The Things ❤️🤗❄️🪡🧵☃️☺️🙂
Wow! "Do what you love" would be a good motto...lots of interesting stitching going on...not to mention hauls and "gifts"...you ladies are truly loved.
Laughing with you Brenda, my super curly hair came back stick straight after my chemo. 4 years later, I still don't know what to do with it. Hair is fun, but health is better. You both inspire me, stay well ladies.
Love the idea to use your book as a portfolio of your work and I like the idea of journaling your retreats too! As a former Creative Memories Consultant, scrapbooking has gone digital and so you don’t like your writing, they make journal boxes that you can type in and print off. You could use photo tape rollers or print them on sticker paper. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it in the end!
You two are so fun to watch. I always make a list of what you talk about, shops to visit, videos to see, etc. This week's list will keep me busy for the next two weeks. I enjoy all the beautiful projects you do, and wish I could join you for stitching together.
This was sew fun! There’s your motto for your logo….Stitch What You Love! And you guys give us so much inspiration of things to love…always love spending time with you. Can’t wait to see where you will be!🥰
Ladies thank you again from the bottom of my heart for being my stitching buddies through the Internet. You always make a fabulous stitching time for me. Don’t apologize ever for crumbly paper sounds. It makes you seem right there in the room with me opening your gifts and haul. As a new “sampler “stitcher you bring to my attention the best charts, designers and shops. I went looking immediately for Sara Bradley chart online when Laura mentioned the SAL. Only to realize I have it already in my Mill Girls book. I am bad about being distracted by all the pretties too!!! But I am striving to improve my number of finishes. But I have come to realize I am a process stitcher, not a product stitcher. May God bless your days until you are bringing me joy again!
I can’t tell you two how much I enjoy you both. Off topic, my husband had a chemo head for a year. At last it is finally growing back and it is so cute! All these wonderful swirls and whirls! We have to pet him every day and laugh 😂.Brenda, I am so happy for you! Thought about you nearly daily. Glad you are so much better (my husband-not so much🥺). Laura, you are a beautiful friend!, wish I could meet you. You two probably won’t even see this but I wish you both well🤩
All is well with the world,I've just had Brenda & Laura over for a visIt 👏👏👏 My husband knew straight away who I was watching by the smile on my face, the nodding & talking to the screen along with the laughter. Please note I'm sitting here with headphones as is he. Love, love, love all the samplers. So much inspiration & introduction to new people on Flosstube & Insta. Thank you. Have a great couple of weeks. Looking forward to seeing & hearing about your next adventure. Best wishes from 🇮🇪
Brenda, I LOVE your hair! I’m a cancer survivor and felt my hair was a bit awkward as it grew back. Additionally, my hair grew back extremely curly! Back in 2008 I was only 44, but I was the envy of all the older ladies because of my very short and newly “permed” hair. The entire experience showed me I was too uptight and anxious about things, including my hair. Since then, I’ve made the most of my second chance at life! Enjoy this stage of your hair growth; it will teach you great and extraordinary things!
Laura, your laugh and the look in your face at 57:11 when Brenda said, “I just went through my drawers”, was absolutely priceless! I was falling out of my chair with laughter! 😂 You two ladies are the BEST, and you both always bring me so much joy and positive inspiration. Thank you both so much for all y’all do! Much love from Lafayette ♥️, Meline
Brenda, regarding your handwriting I feel the same but I know someday even misspelled words will be priceless for your Daughters. My Mother passed away when I was 3 years old. Her handwriting in my baby book is the only thing I have handwritten. Write in that dang lovely book!!
"At least it's not drugs. ... Stitch all the things. Start all the things. Finish all the things. ...Do what you love." Such wise words from two terrific women.
I love you two! Having no stitchy friends in real life, I thoroughly enjoy your “self indulgent” - NOT!- videos while stitching, so much! Keep sharing the love and know how much you are appreciated!
I just adore watching you two and I have missed you both. I got so behind over Christmas and New Year that I had to clear my watch later list and start over. Finally got to watch this one and laughed and smiled through it. Don’t ever change! Happy stitching and stashing to you both 😊
Hello Brenda and Laura, yipeee another episode of fun, fun and more fun! Yikes, Laura driving in snow! Thank you for your dedication to cross stitch cause hee hee! One snowflake and I faint driving. Love everything especially haul! Yes and I’m chuffed my floss drops arrived and thank you for the shout out . Hope you and everyone else here has a good few weeks, happy stitching and thanks again for so much fun and friendship ❤️ This community is a blessing.
I love Colorado Cross Stitcher's idea about the pictures and printing your own. I used to have them printed via Shutterfly as I have a Finishing Journal for all of my projects. I usually type out what I want to write in each section so I can estimate how much space I need and I can proofread/make changes without having to scratch or blot things out of the journal page. I also write about the stores that I like and keep some of the pictures or stickers they send with their orders. I would like to also start keeping little patches of my favorite fabrics and write where they are from so that I can reference that list if I can't decide on a fabric.
What a fun and inspiring video, Ladies!! When you two are inspired by something, it inspires us all! I am so glad you liked the salt shaker tomato bird I sent you, Brenda. It was so much fun to make. Laura, pretty soon you are going to have the largest Baby Yoda collection known to man! Have a wonderful couple of weeks, happy stitching and I can’t wait to see where you are next time!! ❄️☃️❄️🧵🪡💕💕💕
Thanks Cathy!!! Yes, as I thought about it later...that was a tomato bird..not just a bird! What beautiful work you do!!!!! I know Brenda will treasure that birdie forever! Yes, my Baby Yoda collection is being amassed at a great rate. Lucky me!!!! Hugs!
Hello, lovely ladies! Brenda, I'm hoping to finish my Annie Morris just like Joy finished her for you....all I seem to do is copy everyone's stitching and finishing but I get so inspired by my stitching friends! I was delighted to see that you received S Yardley from the lovely @carolxstitch....I also have it and look forward to starting it. Love and blessings to you both ♥️
Thank you Sharon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Isn't it wonderful how much inspiration we find in our community!!! It is a fabulous thing to be able to "copy" one another due to seeing each other's beautiful finishes! S Yardley is so so beautiful!!!!! Hugs!
"Anything more than 30 minutes is self-indulgent." LOL. I am always in stitches watching you gals! Happy happy birthday to you both! Your friendship and love of all things stitching shines through brightly. Thanks for all you do 🥰
You two are THE BEST!!! And please do tell Mike D. that we LOOOOOVE the long videos!!! You both deserve every bit of kindness shown by your fans. xxooxxoo
Thank you so so much Margaret!!!!!!!! Mike just does not understand that we stitchers want to sit, stitch, and hear lots of stitching talk ...and we could do it all day long!
What a pair of cheeky villains you are teasing us with what obviously is time away somewhere exciting. So much enjoyment watching you both today. Stay safe Dot
I just love watching your videos. I never miss and always enjoy each one. You make me smile, uplift my spirit, enable me, inspire me, and your stitching fun just warms my heart.
I ordered the chart of the E S Spot Motif sampler! Mine is on the way. This has been my unicorn for a long long long time! I actually got tears in my eyes when I saw I could get this!
Imagine me, just sitting here stitching, watching my two favorite ladies, whistling internally and my ears perk up when I hear Crescent Colours and I see Laura waving and saying hi Sharon. I hit rewind and sure enough, you were talking to me lol. It’s always such a treat to see your videos and listen to you share your love of needlework. Love you both ❤️❤️
So many great projects. You 2 never fail to inspire. Thank you Laura for braving the elements and Brenda when you said “it’s a cross stitch miracle I lost it. So much laughter with you two. It makes my evening all the brighter.
Brenda I know you say you don’t have nice handwriting but…in years to come your family will treasure it even more than if it typed. Please write and journal with pictures about your work, retreats, etc. in chronological order. You will love it and so will others. Do it…do it…do it!
"At least it's not drugs" ...I near wet myself laughing!! I just discovered how to split my screen on my lap top so I can watch you two and stitch from my chart at the same time! Gotta love that! And Brenda... don't worry about your hair. It looks great. A friend of mine had cancer treatments and her "straight" hair came back in with the most beautiful curls you could imagine. It is so pretty on her. Thanks for a great video!
Thanks for the laughs and loveliness. I loved seeing your finishes, Brenda, they are gorgeous. Now I want to get stitching and finishing some of those myself.
Tantalizing hints about your next video! I always look forward to them, and now I am very curious. I have a suspicion ... but I have no idea, of course. Thanks for this very fun video, Brenda and Laura, as always.
Thank you for the overindulgent video. I was able to finish up my ugly stitching lol. So tell Mike I stuck my tongue out at him. Love you ladies. Thanks for keeping me company. I still will not be doing a sampler lol
Wowzers ladies! It’s hard to stitch along with the video when you have to keep putting your stitching down so you can take notes cuz Brenda and Laura showed something fantastic again, but it’s a problem worth having!!! Brenda - that Annie Morris pillow is so awesome! I need one in my life very soon! Laura - all your starts look great! Have a wonderful couple of weeks. I can’t wait to see where you broadcast from next time!
A wonderful visit. For me it has felt like this has lasted the whole day. Been so fabulous. Love all the stitching goodies. Laura I’ve been to 1884 Stitchery,my next order of threads being ordered this week. Blessings and happy stitching.
@@brendaandtheserialstarter2410 I had family interruptions,so was delighted to be able to come back visiting. When visiting I stitched on my GigiR sampler.
Another wonderful afternoon watching you ladies ! I have decided you are enablers as I just want to order so many patterns after I see what you have ! Lol You make me laugh , you make me happy , watching your interaction with each other is like a breath of fresh air. I wish you both wonderful days of stitching and can't wait to see what surprise you have next !
Brenda you and your hair are looking great 👍. Glad you had a lovely birthday. Laura, my 95 yr old MIL is called Jimmy because her Dad wanted a boy even though her name is Rosemary. 🙂 Have a wonderful week ladies
Every moment, every crinkle was enjoyable!!!

I’m in the middle of your Floss tube first time watcher…i think y’all’s Mama”s dropped you on your heads’ early on in your young life…so funny!!
Thanks Jeannette!!!
I also went down the photo printer rabbit hole…..can’t wait to get mine
I just love watching your videos. I never miss and always enjoy each one. You make me smile, uplift my spirit, enable me, inspire me, and your stitching fun just warms my heart.
That is so so kind of you to say Lorraine!!! Hugs!!!
Laura, I love the pink on Anna Sophia.
I ordered the chart of the E S Spot Motif sampler! Mine is on the way. This has been my unicorn for a long long long time! I actually got tears in my eyes when I saw I could get this!
That is so so wonderful!!!!!! Yay!!!!
Thanks for another video! Can't wait for the next one in the secret location. At least it isn't drugs....lol.
You two are such enablers🤣😂 as usual thank you for an amazing video ♥️♥️♥️
We aim to enable!! Thank you Christina!
Love you both ❤️❤️
Thank you Sharon!!!!!!!! Hope to see you in person someday soon!!! Hugs!!!!
My hair re-grew in the same manner/direction as yours Brenda. You cannot tell now. You look so nice Laura. I have never seen you in a sweater before!
Thank you Linda!!!! So glad you could stitch and watch because this was a long one!
I hope to start my cross stitch journey soon. I love the two of you. So much fun. So much love.
Yes!!! Start that journey Cheryl!!!!!! We will be rooting you on!
Laughed out loud when the clock went off Perfect timing!
It does it every time! Thanks Carmie!
Happy Belated Birthday Brenda x
Thanks for the laughs and loveliness. I loved seeing your finishes, Brenda, they are gorgeous. Now I want to get stitching and finishing some of those myself.
Thank you Kathy!!!!! Yes, those finishes that Brenda showed are jaw dropping!
Thank you Clare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It did feel like it lasted the whole day because it was very long!!!!
@@brendaandtheserialstarter2410 I had family interruptions,so was delighted to be able to come back visiting. When visiting I stitched on my GigiR sampler.
