went to air force basic training with a guy named James T Kirk - he was built a lot like Comic Book Guy on the Simpsons, and got thrown out on the first day for back-talking the drill sergeant.
Years ago, when I was working in a call center, I took a call from a man whose name was Astle. (I forget his first name.) Every time I said "Mr. Astle", I had to really focus to pronounce it correctly or risk insulting the man or even getting fired. :-)
An announcement heard in my ex-company's lab " call for testicle support " needless to say we lab techs were in hysterics having heared it over the company loud speaker. 😂

One asks himself what kind of a sick joke the parents of these people were pulling on their kids when they gave them their first names, knowing how cruel their school and playmates could be. When I was in grade school, one of the girls had the last name of Witch. By the time I caught back up with her in her freshman year of college, she had changed it to a garden variety name. Smart girl.

E.g., his parents probably named the Nr. 1 guy Richard without realizing it would become "Dick Head".
