I would like to see that. I think it would be an interesting story. We know that after he was expelled from Hogarts, Dumbledore trained him to be a gamekeeper. But what happened from the time his dad died and when Dumbledore became headmaster and brought him on as game keeper? Harris was expelled in 1943 and Dumbledore didn’t become headmaster until 1960. So where did Hagrid live between that time? Did he live with Dumbledore on the castle grounds? Or did he get an apartment or go off traveling, learning about different creatures and cultures?

I think Fudge, deep down, suspected that Harry *might* be telling the truth, and was trying to protect himself from this truth. This began almost immediately, when he allowed a dementor to "kiss" Barty Crouch Jr., whose testimony would have helped confirm Harry's story. I think Fudge always knew that there were ways of firmly disproving Harry's story if it wasn't true -- but he was reluctant to use them precisely because he feared they may end up proving that his story *was* true.

I think in this alternate timeline, Sirius would have been hunted down in the Battle of Hogwarts by Death Eaters or maybe even Voldemort himself due to Sirius being so close to Harry. So like Voldemort does in the original timeline for Order of the Phoenix where Harry sees Sirius being tortured by Voldemort. Tom would exploit this weakness again in order to wound Harry mentally. But, that is what I think would have happened.
If I may, since it's an alternative timeline, I would like to think Sirius kills Bellatrix. Spells, hexes, and curses make the floor crack and turn red. Some people hide so as not to be hit. Bellatrix uses the Killing Curse but Sirius uses a chair to block. Sirius then shouts "Accio Bellatrix Wand!" And in horror she watches him take her wand and snap it. Sirius looks at her with a death glare, aims at her neck, "Secemtumpra!" And he slits her throat. Bellatrix Lestrange, psychopath and pure evil, falls to the ground choking on her blood.

I don't think that Harry would have received the liquid luck in your timeline. If Slughorn was there a year earlier when Harry knew he was taking potions, he would have been taught a 5th year potions lesson, not the lesson which resulted in him getting the liquid luck. He most likely would have gotten a good enough grade from Slughorn to willingly take potions the next year which means that he would have bought a new potions book for that year and would have never got the used potions book of the Half-Blood Prince. I doubt he would have produced the best draught of the living dead to win the contest. Maybe Hermione would have won it though.

Yeah the pensieve could prove Sirius innocence but I think that JK Rowling wouldn't have though of that but Dumbledore knew that this was the best for Harry
What if Harry and his friends and teachers were around when Grindelwald was the dark wizard at large instead of Voldemort? would they be able to defeat him too or could he outsmart them?
So that means that he could of helped harry with the horcroxes and the deathly hallows. Snape also never would of become head master and the battle of Hogwarts might not of happened
Ministry searches for Voldemort, eventually Wormtail gets caught, Sirius is set free of being guillty of the muggle murders, Bellatrix, Dolohov, Rookwood wouldn't have escaped meaning no death of Sirius, Dobby, Remus, Nymphodora, Fred. No Unbreakable Vow between Snape and Narcissa, Voldemort would've eventually got caught by Ministry with Dumbledore's help, finding out the Horcruxes would have been easy. Basically the story wouldn't have been way too short.
Except Felix felicis was part of a NEWT level subject. It would be different because if slughorn was potions master during Harry's 5th year, then Harry would have been in with 6th year, he would have bought his own copy of the potions book in 6th year, thus never getting snapes old copy with the annotations which allowed him to win the liquid luck in the first place
I actually don‘t think Dumbledore would have given Snape the defence against the dark arts job before Voldemort was actually taking over. I think Dumbledore would have given it to Sirius just to have him near Harry and giving him additional protection and to prevent any further mischief.
I have mixed feelings towards this. In some ways it would have been better if Cornelius Fudge had straight up believed Harry Potter's claims that Lord Voldemort was indeed back. But on the other hand, he wasn't the Minister that the Wizarding Community deserved. So he needed to give the community a reason to dismiss him.
Since Lucius Malfoy didn't failed his job to get the Prophecy but got inmediately arrested instead Voldemort didn't "punished" the Malfoys by ordering Draco to Kill Dumbledore. We all know this happened BECAUSE of Lucius' Failure in the 5th Book/Movie
5:40 Ah, but the Half Blood Prince's book was for Advanced Potion making, meaning 6th and 7th years. Harry being a 5th year would not have been using Advanced Potion making and wouldn't have had that book. Not to mention that Harry only had Snape's book because he didn't have one of his own, thinking he wouldn't be in that class. As a 5th year, Potions is still a core subject and he'd have bought one from Diagon Alley. He'd be left to his own devices.
It means no umbridge. Well I would hate that. Although I hate umbridge more than even voldemort but the fifth book without umbridge and the DA would be boring. Although I hate her I have to admit, she is a beautifully drawn character. And my final words will be - "Harry Potter(as a series) will not be the same without umbridge.
Such coincidental timing; I've been doing another listen of book 5 on Audible, and something occured to me for the first time when the blood quill appeared. Idk if it's been discussed already, but that has to be some sort of dark magic, right? To magically inflict physical harm on the person writing with it, with the intent to punish and torture them requires some really malevolent conviction in order for it to work. I've never heard this addressed in any discussion, and I'm wondering if that's another layer to Umbridge's lawful-evil character. Makes me wonder how or where she got it; did she buy it from, or extort it out of a dark magic dealer? Is it physical evidence from a closed case that conveniently disappeared? Did she make it herself? I mean, she was able to get her hands on Slytherin's locket, so she's got moves.
Knowing fudge he would most likely call Harrys memory a fake and still not belive him in the original timeline. Because we know faking memories is possible (Slughorn)
If they did then Harry would have been trained at least since other people would be involved besides dumbledore who’s plan to beat Tom was for a abused boy to be a martyr
Snape wouldn't have been able to confirm that Peter Pettigrew was alive, given he was unconscious during that bit in Prisoner of Azkaban. Also, had Slughorn returned to teach Potions in Harry's fifth year, he wouldn't have won Felix Felicis as it wasn't part of the OWL curriculum.
It is possible that Voldemort would still do as he did with Dumbledore and had him killed, as well as anyone else a 'threat' by his hidden death eaters. Lucius would have an interesting time as Harry saw him in the graveyard as I am not mistaken.
I am sure with all this happening, Dumbledore would've found more Horcxus faster and weakened Voldemort faster. And I think the Golden Trio would've started a Dumbledore Army like club, just not called it that. And I highly doubt Fudge would use Dementors again, he'd probably post Aurors. Dementors would join Voldemort.
I think Voldemort would become more aggressive and relied on himself more. Most of the obvious suspects of the death eaters would be locked away or killed. I disagree with that we wouldn’t have seen umbridge, fudge is easy paranoid so he would have probably put her in hogwarts to make sure that it wasn’t harbouring death eaters. I can see her treating slytherins very cruelly so instead room of requirement showing to Harry I think it would have been Draco who could find it thus giving him a bigger part in finding the diadem
Harry wouldn't have gotten the liquid luck in his fifth year. Potions is still mandatory for fifth years so Harry would have just bought the book at Diagon Alley like always. He wouldn't have had Snape's textbook and, consequently, wouldn't have been able to produce the best potion in class. Aside from that, it's not even certain that Slughorn would have even given Harry's class the same lesson as he did in canon.
Also, I don't think Dumbledore would have given the post of DADA professor to Snape just yet; he wasn't dying of the ring's curse by that point, so he wouldn't have to have Snape kill him. Dumbledore would have probably given the DADA post to another member of the Order, like Tonks or Mrs. Weasley or something. As such, no Slughorn yet either.
Video suggestion rules about souls aka can you ruin your soul by killing someone without magic or by not using a killing curse. Did killing Bellatrix Lestrange impact Molly weasleys soul?
Life would've been a lot easier, that's for sure. When Voldemort returned he had a handful of aging followers at his call, because of Fudge and the Ministry's fear and obstinance he had a year to rebuild and plan without interference.
I'm surprised this video made no reference to the list of practical measures Dumbledore suggested to Fudge on the night of Voldemort's return. I expected these to feature prominently, with a proper examination of what the consequences would have been if Fudge had in fact adopted these measures (e.g., sending an envoy to the giants and removing the dementors from Azkaban).
Seriously, that whole question about why they didn't use the penseive to view Harry's memories regarding Voldemort's return?!?! I think many if us have been asking that for a while now
@@varunkaushik2732 but Harry wouldn't have a clue how to do it. Can someone modify another person's memories?? I don't remember an example of that in the book. If that's the case, then I guess that would be the reason
Interesting topic! I just realised that Harry couldn't have gotten the Felix Felicis from Slughorn in his fifth year. The Half-Blood Prince's old textbook is what gave Harry his new skill at potions, which he only got because he wasn't planning on taking Potions as a NEWT subject. In his fifth year, Harry would have expected to take potions, so would have gotten his equipment and not gotten the Prince's book, therefore not getting the Felix. I think that, in this timeline with Umbridge not existing and Snape being DADA teacher in Harry's fifth year, Harry would never have gotten the Prince's book, as Slughorn wouldn't have the high expectations of students to continue to NEWT level and he would have bought his own book. Just something I noticed, I don't want to be too nitpicky!
Omg the room of requirement! Huge part. I wonder how it would have been found. In the books it was Dobby not Neville just like the gillyweed situation. So maybe Dobby doesn’t die and tells Harry to look in that room? Also Dumbledore hints at it during the Yule ball and if the theory is right Harry already found it in first year. Albeit not knowing what it was. Also in sixth year Harry had to hide his potions book, without knowing that the room exists he would have enough need of it for it to appear
I think the reason the pensive wasn't used as proof is because memory can be altered (like what slughorn did) it may even be possible to create fake memories so the ministry would have probably assumed that it was fake
With Slughorn it was pretty obvious something was off. You can alter memories, but I think it's hard to do it convincing. And there are other methods. Just check the graveyard. There are traces of very dark magic and an open grave there.
I don't think that Harry would have gotten the liquid luck potion at all. He only won the liquid luck because of the Half Blood Prince's copy of Advanced Potion Making. That text book is a 6th year text book, required for NEWT level students. Harry was only studying for his OWLs. So Harry would have still been as average at potions as he always was in his 5th year. Which means, should Dumbledore still ask Harry to retrieve Slughorn's memory, He'd have to find another way entirely.

Yeah the pensieve could prove Sirius innocence but I think that JK Rowling wouldn't have though of that but Dumbledore knew that this was the best for Harry
There’s also the truth serum.
@@mindyschocolate nice point!
@@Mew_Stor good point
The Ministry of Magic wouldn't have been inflitrated. Mad Eye Moody wouldn't have died as he did.
The wizarding world would have been more prepared if the ministry believed Harry, and many people wouldn't have died
It means no umbridge. Well I would hate that.
Although I hate umbridge more than even voldemort but the fifth book without umbridge and the DA would be boring.
Although I hate her I have to admit, she is a beautifully drawn character.
And my final words will be - "Harry Potter(as a series) will not be the same without umbridge.
one can argue that taking Harry's memory to view in the pensieve was both immoral and illegal since Harry was a minor.
Yeah and Fudge would think his memory was tampered with, like with Slughorn
Me: Reads title
Also me: No more Umbitch, no more Umbitch!
But... what if she believed Harry?
I think you forgot the Draco Malfoy's storyline of book six and the death of Dumbledore. Those would be different also, I asume.
Knowing fudge he would most likely call Harrys memory a fake and still not belive him in the original timeline. Because we know faking memories is possible (Slughorn)
I have a video suggestion what if Crabbe actually killed Hermione
Anyone knows were voldemort lived during the second war? I mean he was living with the Malfoys, with Bellatrix or he had a place of his own?
Fudge wouldn't go down in history as the worst minister of magic of all time.
Please do a video on Albus Severus Potter.
When your early but don't know what to comment: 👁👄👁
Then Harry would have been searching for the horcruxes at 16.
What if the ministry believed Harry?
Harry potter and the Order of the Phoenix does not exist
I don't see how Harry gets the liquid luck in this scenario because he would have had his own potions book for year 5
I’m obsessed with ur videos
One things for sure
That wouldn’t be a Harry Potter movie if they had believed ot
If they did then Harry would have been trained at least since other people would be involved besides dumbledore who’s plan to beat Tom was for a abused boy to be a martyr
What if Sirius broke out earlier when Harry was younger
What if Harry run away as a child
Snape wouldn't have been able to confirm that Peter Pettigrew was alive, given he was unconscious during that bit in Prisoner of Azkaban. Also, had Slughorn returned to teach Potions in Harry's fifth year, he wouldn't have won Felix Felicis as it wasn't part of the OWL curriculum.
It is possible that Voldemort would still do as he did with Dumbledore and had him killed, as well as anyone else a 'threat' by his hidden death eaters. Lucius would have an interesting time as Harry saw him in the graveyard as I am not mistaken.
What if Harry got to disarm wormtail before he killed Cedric at the graveyard?
What if Draco Malfoy killed Dumbledore?
I am sure with all this happening, Dumbledore would've found more Horcxus faster and weakened Voldemort faster. And I think the Golden Trio would've started a Dumbledore Army like club, just not called it that. And I highly doubt Fudge would use Dementors again, he'd probably post Aurors. Dementors would join Voldemort.
Perhaps Fudge would be replaced by a more confident wizard. While Aurors assist Harry with the hunt of Horrcuxes.
Wouldn’t that mean that dumbledore would never of died
I also think there would be double defence against dark arts lessons
I think Voldemort would become more aggressive and relied on himself more. Most of the obvious suspects of the death eaters would be locked away or killed. I disagree with that we wouldn’t have seen umbridge, fudge is easy paranoid so he would have probably put her in hogwarts to make sure that it wasn’t harbouring death eaters. I can see her treating slytherins very cruelly so instead room of requirement showing to Harry I think it would have been Draco who could find it thus giving him a bigger part in finding the diadem
Here’s a video I would like to see;
Did the ministry know about the Pensieve? Why didn’t Dumbledore use it to show them?
First
The second he said no umbridge I was overjoyed
As such, no Slughorn yet either.
hey just wanted to tell you we don't need a minute+ of your instagram
Video suggestion rules about souls aka can you ruin your soul by killing someone without magic or by not using a killing curse.
Did killing Bellatrix Lestrange impact Molly weasleys soul?
I think out right murder with bad intentions damages someone's soul. But if you are killing to protect loved one's, the person's soul would be fine.
What if grindelwald was never defeated ?
Life would've been a lot easier, that's for sure. When Voldemort returned he had a handful of aging followers at his call, because of Fudge and the Ministry's fear and obstinance he had a year to rebuild and plan without interference.
Exactly, never leave an enemy stronghold intact!!! Also always be prepared for battle and finally cover your rear.
The promotion is muted?
I'm surprised this video made no reference to the list of practical measures Dumbledore suggested to Fudge on the night of Voldemort's return. I expected these to feature prominently, with a proper examination of what the consequences would have been if Fudge had in fact adopted these measures (e.g., sending an envoy to the giants and removing the dementors from Azkaban).
Seriously, that whole question about why they didn't use the penseive to view Harry's memories regarding Voldemort's return?!?! I think many if us have been asking that for a while now
Memories can be manipulated guess that's why
@@varunkaushik2732 but Harry wouldn't have a clue how to do it. Can someone modify another person's memories?? I don't remember an example of that in the book. If that's the case, then I guess that would be the reason
Ahh yay! I love the what if videos!
Just something I noticed, I don't want to be too nitpicky!
do if the wall that fell killed percy, not fred
Omg the room of requirement! Huge part. I wonder how it would have been found. In the books it was Dobby not Neville just like the gillyweed situation. So maybe Dobby doesn’t die and tells Harry to look in that room? Also Dumbledore hints at it during the Yule ball and if the theory is right Harry already found it in first year. Albeit not knowing what it was. Also in sixth year Harry had to hide his potions book, without knowing that the room exists he would have enough need of it for it to appear
My question to this has always been WHY THE HELL DIDNT DUMBLEDORE USE HIS PENSIVE TO SHOW FUDGE HARRYS MEMORY OF VOLDEMORT RETURNING!!!
Well, as proved with Slughorn, memories can be tampered with.
Then I watch your video and see you already suggested that 😅😅 great minds think alike lol
From 0:49-1:36 there was no sound
There's no sound from 0:50 - 1:32.
You forgot about the russain
5:03 THE BEST PART OF THE VIDEO
Liquid Luck in his 5th year would have come in handy.
We know who's drinking it.
When is the vampire folklore channel being launched?
I didn’t know there was a Vampire folklore channel! Will it include dhampirs (half-vampires) and half-dhampirs (quarter vampires)?
Couldn't of Harry volunteered to a truth serum to prove his honesty
Also i dont think liquid luck would of been introduced untill after his OWLs examination regardless of when slughorn started teaching.
but dumbledore would've known about the room of requirement
He already knew about it.
Would the ministry still fall if fudge believed harry
It would've happened later.
